Friendly staff, room was nice and overall clean. However, I am a professional cleaner and I had a hard time getting over the stains in the bottom of the tub and the paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. Other than that, I have no complaints

Not all pillow cases had zipper pillow cases. Mattress covers had stains and needed to be washed. Pool was nasty kids refused to even try it. Gym was nasty. Staff was just there gossiping. Parking lot had glass bottles. I didn’t see one and my car ran over it trying to park right in from of the hotel. Lawn guys were there that day and no one picked it up. Driveway in has huge pot holes. Only reason we even stayed instead of asking for a refund is all hotels were booked.

It was a great place for an overnight and swimming with my grandkids. The manager was quiet but very nice. He worked hard keeping the place clean especially during the free breakfast. Was a good experience!!!

When we checked in our door was propped open. I called the desk and they said we could go in. However, the room was not completely cleaned. Did not like that anyone could have been in our room before we closed the door. Also the maid was not happy the door was closed. Also there was cobwebs in the corner of the room. There was also black hair on the cover and in the tub.

Clean and convenient
Stayed here with some friends to go to Christkindelmart. The location is super convenient right off Hwy 31. It is near good restaurants and was 10 minutes from downtown Carmel. The building is an old repurpose. It is very clean, and we enjoyed the breakfast. Maybe could update a few things, but overall it was one of our better experiences in the area. We will try to book this location again.

Overall it wasn’t horrible and it was booked last minute. But the curtains were stained from maybe water damage? The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and broken tiles. The sofa bed had food on it and no blankets. The breakfast was a lacking with not many options. The staff was friendly though and the beds were comfortable.

Stay was good.
The bathroom mirror was broken and the toilet paper holder was broken. The night manager was informed so I didnt get charged for damages. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall the stay was good. I would stay again.

Property was okay. Night staff were not there. The manager didn’t show up until 4am Sunday morning. I had to sleep for part of the night in the lobby. When he finally showed up, I was told to leave and he didn’t believe that I was a guest. I won’t be staying here again.

A bit dingy, carpeting was very damp from ac in wall to bed. Wall by tub looked like it had mold. Little bottle for shampoo and conditioner were so tiny. Staff shortages so no daily service. Breakfast was ok,

Mid evening, a rowdy, loud group of young folk were checked in. This behavior was allowed to continue unchecked from lobby to 2nd and 3rd floors until about 1pm. Fighting, rough and tumble, running knocking on random doors, loud crying, cursing, shouting. The elevator also was included as its opening door chime was continually sounding. Any supervision should have been made to check this action, removed from property or local enforcement should have been called. Early morning breakfast was over whelmed by this same group. Other patrons were obviously hesitant to serve themselves or to sit at the tables provided. NOT A GOOD THING.......

Location great for easy access to major highways, but extremely quiet. Short drive to restaurants.Management extremely friendly and helpful . Really make you feel welcome. Hot breakfast good. . Definitely would stay here again.
