Weekend with Family
Awesome location right in the heart of Arts district. Can walk to so many restaurants and shops or just people watch near the Monon trail. We loved the close proximity to the CoHatch where we were attending a baby shower. As listed, there are two flights of stairs in the condo but as long as you don't mind that it was perfect.

Great location
The property was in a very convenient location. The host was very considerate to leave us some solar eclipse glasses. There was only one hiccup. While we were able to watch the Alabama vs UConn final four game on the bedroom TV, we were not able to access the Purdue vs UConn in the living room. It was going to be awkward having my cousin & spouse watch in our bedroom with a small TV. I contacted our host for assistance and he informed me it was stated in the description as not having cable. The upstairs TVs accessed the game through RoKu. We had no clue the downstairs TV could not do the same till after my cousin arrived with drinks and snacks for this very late night game. Watching at the condo seemed like a good plan. If you happen to want to see a major sports event during your stay in Carmel, you may want to keep this inconvenience in mind. Other than that - it was a nice stay

Just what we needed
We travel to Carmel a few times a year to visit family. We love this central location and close proximity to shops and restaurants. The parking lot across the street is convenient and we haven’t had any issues w securing a spot. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great location with lots of great restaurants!
We really enjoyed our stay with plenty of room for us all. The Art and Design District was really cool with lots to do and see during our stay during a Lacrosse tournament.

Enjoyable experience
Our stay was very enjoyable. The home is clean and comfortable. Included everything we needed for cooking breakfast. Other meals were enjoyed at the restaurants within walking distance. We walked the Monon Trail and visited the nearby shops. All in all a wonderful experience. Will certainly consider a stay here the next time we visit the Carmel area.

Perfect spot in Carmel!
We really enjoyed or stay in Carmel. Was the perfect location for a 6-day AAU basketball tournament that my daughter was playing as games were held in Westfield and Noblesville. The easy access to local restaurants and walking around town was perfect. Never had an issue finding free street parking.

Fantastic location
We came to the area to watch our grand baby while our daughter and son in law ran the Carmel Marathon. Once we shopped and parked in the parking garage we Didn’t need our vehicle again. They we within walking distance to the start of the race and there were dozens of restaurants within a stones throw of the town home. The home had everything we needed, but the biggest plus was the great location! We would definitely stay again if we ever come out this way again!

Weekend in the Arts and Design District
It is the perfect place to stay for a weekend of awesome food, drink and shopping. You are literally steps away from everything! The Monon Trail is right out the door as well… The condo has plenty of room for relaxing and playing games. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook if you choose to. With so many wonderful places to eat, we did not go that route! Everything was awesome, and we will rent again.

Girls weekend.
Cute condo in the middle of everything in Midtown Carmel. We walked everywhere except the winery, and that was only a $10 Uber ride. The beds are so comfy and there’s lots of room to hang out if you feel like staying in. I’d stay again.

Cute place
This property is an a cute area of Carmel Indiana! It was supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The only thing I would let other people know is that parking is about a block away and there’s a lot of stairs in this unit, in case you have health issues. Other than that it was great! The owner was SUPER easy to work with and very accommodating. Big shout out to him!

Great Carmel Stay!
Exactly as depicted in photos. Well-supplied especially for a slightly longer stay. Can’t beat the location just steps off the Monan Trail. Small deck was a plus, especially with a dog traveler who was eager to watch all the action (though view was to back of property and not Main Street- still great to be out on cool morning/evening without a leash on our pup). Easy checkin and checkout. Timely response to questions after arrival. Will stay again at this location!!

Location, location, Location!
The location is perfect. You can walk to many restaurants and shops. You can also walk the Monoon Trail that is just steps from your front door. The management company was very responsive. Loved the little snacks that were left for guests.

Great location, absolutely incredible restaurants, and just a gorgeous condo! We loved it! We will be back! Parking was very easy too, even though it is street parking. We never had an issue, even on the weekend.

Perfect spot for girlfriend weekend
Great location, clean and cozy for a college reunion in January. Close to restaurants and spa. We ate a couple meals in and the kitchen was well stocked. All slept well on the comfortable beds. Great communication with host. Would definitely stay here again!

Neat little area
This townhouse is just as described. It's in a very cute little area with lots to do within walking distance. The parking garage across the street always had an available spot for us. It is far enough from the highways that you're not bothered by noise, but close enough to be convenient. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I'd like it, but it wasn't gross either. The kitchen is well-appointed as well.

Great location but apartment needs some TLC
This is a nice property that I think might need some TLC. The place did not seem very clean when we arrived, especially the bathrooms. The walls have nicks and stains and the beds are all extremely soft and sunken in, like they need to be replaced. Most of the blinds in all the rooms are broken or missing and no shades to keep out the light in the early morning. Parking can sometimes be an issue on Friday and Saturday nights when the restaurants and shops are busy and there is no assigned parking for the apartment. The best thing about this apartment was the location. You are literally on the same street as many shops and restaurants and Anthony’s chophouse were we had an amazing dinner!…. All in all the apartment has potential if it were maintained or updated a bit to replace a few things after much use.

They assured us that the beds are fine and all blinds work. - As advertised, there is no assigned parking, but there is street parking available and two parking garages across the street. - We're glad you enjoyed the great location and appreciate your feedback. Short but memorable visit
Fun property with great location in Art district. We were surrounded by restaurants, shops and art. Townhouse type apartment over the shops was fun and perfect for us to make our visit unique, safe and convenient. The townhouse was very clean and had everything we needed. It was spacious as a meet up place for family. We were very comfortable. Parking was not an issue. We found spots on the main street and side streets as needed with minimal walking. There was also a metroparks trail within a block to get in some extra exercise. Thanks for a great stay! We would definitely stay again if in the area.

This place was in the perfect location. Steps to Main Street and the Monon Trail. We really enjoyed our stay. If you don't mind stained carpet, light fixtures that don't work and walls that need to be painted, then reserve this place! It's got great bones and the space for 2 couples is perfect.
