The room was not what we expected cracked flooring rusted lighting fixtures no excess to balcony soap scum in the bathtub and hair on the floor in two of the three rooms and is not worth what we paid to stay here

The balconies were condemned. This is not mentioned on the Expedia website. A manager called me a week before and told me that they were renovated and they were waiting for inspections-lies!!! We were getting ready for a wedding in one of the rooms and our feet were filthy! Tiles broken. Cabinet doors broken. They need a huge remodel to update the entire place.

We are waiting on the City to say we can open the balconies back up again. All renovations and inspections are completed. Sorry to hear that your floor was not mopped well. We are doing renovations currently on our Studio style suites currently, as well as other general updates on property. We hope you come back once our balconies are back open again so you can enjoy a better experience next time.

The property is beautiful and on the beach with a wonderful view. The staff was so pleasant with some humor. I really enjoyed that everywhere I went in the hotel, the staff was pleasant and asked if everything is ok.

We had a wonderful week at the beach. Our room was clean. The food at the poolside bar was really good. The beach was fantastic. The only issue was that the balconies were closed. We would have loved to have sat on them. They said they should be opened soon.

We were happy with the view and location of the property. The hotel is a little older but very clean. I only issue I had was I noticed ants in and around the bathroom sink and kitchen areas. I understand that it is Florida and the location is on the sand but please spray.

Greatly disappointed the balconies were condemned and closed by the governing authorities. Only permitted to open one of the 2 sliding doors 6" per code enforcement.. ..and AC was not operable. If we had been informed of the rooms 2 balconies closures, we would have booked a room at another hotel. The hotel did not make this known until checkin (though these balconies have been closed since late 2023 by code enforcement) and by this time, it was too late to find another hotel. The hotel management was obviously withholding this information from potential guests.

Thank you for your feedback, Robert. Some information you shared is not accurate. Our balconies have not been closed down since last year. That is not true. They closed Feb. 20, 2024 this year. We have been trying our best at Front Desk to call all arrivals to let them know. Some sites online send an email out immediately after booking. You booked before the closures happened. We're sincerely sorry we didn't get a hold of you before your arrival. We have been waiving any cancellation fees, even if last minute due to balconies being closed. Again, we do apologize for any inconveniences you experienced. We hope you come give us another try once our balconies are accessible again.

The hotel IS good. The rooms are spectacular but don't be fooled, all the rooms have the doors leading to the balcony closed, they cannot be opened. The hotel has only one place where you can eat something and with quite high prices. In my opinion, it is not worth an escape to Cocoa Beach. You will not be able to enjoy the beach. It has exhilarating waves and very few places to go out and have fun.

Thank you for your feedback, Valerio. Just so you're aware, some information you provided is not accurate. We've always had 2 different places to eat in our hotel. We have a full-service restaurant (Lena's Cafe) for breakfast, open daily from 7-11 AM, and Canova Grille, our pool bar, open at 11:00 am daily, til 8:00 for food, 9:00 for drinks. There are lots of fun things to do in this area, as well as Cocoa Beach area. Most hotels have pamphlets of things in the area to do. Not sure what you meant about not being able to enjoy the beach. Sorry to hear you didn't have a great vacation. Hope you give us another try once our balconies are open again! Have a great day!

I wish there was an concession store inside the hotel. Also, the view was beautiful but the balconies are condemned. The pool area and deck could use an update and refurbishment. The rooms were very nice, spacious and clean.

Cons: Biggest issue is balconies aren’t usable due to damage. Shame because the property is right on the ocean. No convenient USB ports or usable outlets next to beds for charging devices. Icemakers on all floors but only on certain floors are they usable. In room phone didn’t work. Pros: Plenty of parking. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Thank you for your feedback, Rhonda. Balconies are down only because of the construction work we did on them just needs the last approval from the City to open them back up again. We're anticipating them being open very soon. There are plugs beside and/or behind the bed for future reference, and we plan to put new lamps that have plugs for charging items on the nightstands. There are ice machines only on Floors 3,6,9 & 12. Sorry to hear your phone in your room didn't work. I will pass that on to our Maintenance Team to fix, thank you. A day before my reservation they called to inform me that the balconies were still closed, too late to cancel. Drinks at the bar are expensive and bottled water was $4. Ants in the sink. Older male bartender complaining about female staff helping with food to everyone sitting at the bar. Loved the room, just very disappointed about not using balcony.

The suites were great. Two large sliding glass doors. All rooms are ocean side. All glass on the ocean side. Unfortunately the balconies were shut off due to city approval.

The a/c sounded like a freight train when it kicked on. The bed had a metal skirting that sounded like a gong going off every time you moved. The cleaning service was horrible. they made the bed and put some towels in that was the extent of it.

We loved the view from our suite. Was wonderful being right on the beach. And especially being right on the only dog beach in the county. So much fun watching the dogs play in the ocean. Great local places to eat nearby.

I would just want to start off by saying the staff were excellent and helped us with anything and everything we needed. The view from the property was excellent although the balconies were closed and you were unable to go outside onto them which we did not find out until after we booked the property. This wasn't a big deal because the view is good enough without being able to go right out on the balcony. The only other thing that was a problem was for whatever reason there's not a single outlet in the main bedroom. The outlets are actually covered up by large pieces of furniture so if you want to charge any of your devices you need to go into the next room over. We also noticed that some of the lamps didn't work. Besides all of that it was an excellent stay it was very clean and the beach access was awesome. The breakfast restaurant is really good and I recommend it I would say though the prices were a little bit high for what you got but the staff is wonderful. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool or the poolside bar so I can't comment on that. There's a decent amount of parking and there's plenty of stuff nearby. So one little special note about this place it is amazing for watching rocket launches at night they literally fly right overhead it is one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had.

The property charged for balcony and couldn’t use the balcony. No notation prior to booking stated the balcony was closed. If we had know this we would have never booked at this hotel.

Thank you, Asgar, for your feedback. We have adjusted our rates online to be lower (this is Spring Break, our prices are normally higher at this time) due to the balconies being inaccessible. We've been attempting to contact our guests to let them know about the balconies. Sorry about any inconvenience this caused. We hope you come back when our balconies are open again. Needs an update - rooms are old, furniture is old and worn and not comfortable. Dead Roaches in hallways, property is overall very dirty. I would not recommend this to anyone

Thanks, Theresa for your feedback. We are working on doing renovations, updates, etc. at the hotel. Are you referring to the outdoor hallways? We do not feel our hotel is not "very dirty". Sorry you were unhappy with your stay. Consider coming back after our updates!

Thank you for your feedback, Daniel. Sorry about the inconvenience of the balconies being inaccessible. We did construction on them but need to have the city finish inspections before we can open them back up again. We hope you come back and see us again when our balconies are open again.

the balconies on all the rooms were locked and unable to use due to unsafe status.

Kathleen, our balconies are down not because of unsafe status, but because we did construction work on them (which is finished), and we have to wait for the inspections to be finished before we can open them back up again.
