It is an airport hotel so you can't really leave as there's nothing around. But the hotel has a lot within it; sauna, gym, convenience store. The room was spacious and really comfortable.

Robot serving room service was an experience. Location very far from Terminal 1 and shuttle bus wait is too long and should be every half an hour from and to T1

This hotel was a lot further from the airport than I thought it was. I could not figure out the shuttle from T1 to the property so I ended up paying for a taxi to the property. Check-in was a breeze, the two workers were fluent in English. The convenience store in the hotel was an absolute lifesaver as I had woke up at 2 am starving and was able to grab some snacks. It is a small store and it operates by self-check out overnight. The gym was cute, not too many machines, but I got in some cardio and a few free weight exercises. I found out the spa, sauna was an extra lot of money fee and so I ended up passing on that. The room (Superior Room, 1 Double Bed) was perfect sized for a solo traveler like myself, restroom good, tv a bit small and tv all in Korean (but I didn't use it anyway). My biggest complaint would be that some sort of perfume air freshener was sprayed everywhere and it gave me a massive headache and due to that fact and the fact that it cost over $100 for one night is the reason I would not stay again. Additionally it is also not close to any sorts of attractions or parks or anything, but the shuttle to the airport was really simple.

Terrible restaurant availability: There is no food between lunch and dinner which is awful when you are traveling and are looking forward to a good meal at your hotel. PLEASE buy food and anything else you need at the airport before getting to this hotel. There are NO walkable food options near this hotel. Dinner starts at 6PM. Additionally, the restaurant only serves a buffet which is 59K won. If you don't opt for the buffet (in the restaurant), you have to eat at the bar which only serves bar food--wings, burgers, and fries. You can't order a la carte from the restaurant (which appears to be korean food). Transportation: The free shuttle to and from the airport is on time and reliable but the shuttles are only hourly and do not run during lunch time (12:30-2pm). If you try to use Uber from this hotel, it doesn't work because according to the app you are already in Terminal 2 so the app tries to set the pickup location at the airport opposed to the hotel. If the hotel calls you a cab it's expensive-- 20K won to Terminal 1 and 10K won to Terminal 2. Imagine my joy when I saw that there was a sauna at this hotel followed by disappointment when my room key didn't work and I found out there is an upcharge of 18K won to access the sauna. Positives: There's an eMart in the hotel lobby. Front desk staff are friendly. Clean property.

Property was very clean and seemed new. Staff was very friendly and close 10 minute drive to terminal 2. The only two issues I had -- the AC units weren't working in the room. And the shuttle services that were listed were good leaving the hotel but picking up at the airport wasn't great. They didn't show 2 out of the 3 times I needed a ride back to the airport and had to take a $10 cab ride back to the hotel. Other than those items, nice hotel.

Hotel itself is super clean and spacious. But the food in the restaurant was not that great for the price of buffet! And the shuttle bus pick up from the airport was quite late from the timetable! Overall is convenient and clean!

Close to Incheon airport and free shuttle bus was very convenient. There is also a convenience store which you can use even at late night. The room was facing the airport so it was a bit noisy but overall I am happy with the hotel.

Really clean and nice hotel but keep in mind it’s not that close to the airport. It’s 20 mins from t1 so if your flight doesn’t fly into terminal 2 make sure you know that it takes 20-25 mins and the shuttle only comes every hour.

This hotel is clean and modern. Bus transportation to the airport is fantastic. Only issue we had is dining options. If you do not have a car your choice is the hotel restaurant. They have good food, but you are limited to just them. Nothing else seemed like it was within walking distance.

No air conditioner - central heating only made it impossible to sleep. Bathroom had glass door which made it difficult for privacy.

This is the 4 times that I've stayed at Ibis T2. I had a pleasant stay at Ibis every time. Their breakfast buffet has many choices and tasty.

Would definitely stay again. Had a long layover and chose this hotel because of the free shuttle. Little did I know they would wow me, Staff, room comfort and even the room service was amazing. Bravo.

Was first time in S Korea, so possibly this only applies to newbs. The hotel was great, and close. Clean, friendly... Here are some tidbits though: The schedule for shuttles they mailed did not match the one posted at the airport, and the airport one is the correct one. So I got to wait 2 hours because I read the one they sent. In the room: The auto light switch in the entry will turn on and off all night as people walk past the door, so close the peephole cover. The toilet has a water heater attached, it is only in Korean, so I could not figure out how to not boil my butt, although some of the pictures like a water fountain were good no-goes. The entry switches and the bed area switches have a master on and off. The ON does not remember the previous setting so, ON gets you all the lights... Also the ON light is lit when it is off, and the OFF light is lit when it is on. Just a bit weird, lol. Otherwise great!
