Walking in to the lobby you are hit with an overwhelmingly strong odor- or sure if it was vape smell or cigarette smell mixed with old building smell- but it wasn’t pleasant. The outdoor entrance doors were not locked- did not make us feel very safe. Carpet and hallways were filthy and in need of major updating. Elevator had horrible smell as well. Fortunately our room was very clean- sheets and bathroom were very clean. Smell again was not very pleasant but not as bad as hallways and lobby. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. There was no iron. Shower was hot and good pressure. Did not stay to try breakfast. Tatiana at front desk was very pleasant and friendly.

While the hotel appeared older and a bit worn by use, the check in staff made up for all of it by their wonderful customer service. Very professional and friendly.

Everything was what I expected, EXCEPT, the breakfast. I arrived at the breakfast area 25 minutes before breakfast was to end. There was some waffle batter on the counter but no batter dispenser so I asked the attendant and she said there were no waffles today. Looking around there was only cold cereal, oatmeal packets, and some apples but no bowls. I asked the lady if that was all they had for breakfast. Her reply was she had a bagel and cream cheese so I said sure. She brought me one bagel. What a diisapointment.

Yesterday, we had a mishap with our waffle mix dispenser. There was not much we could do about that. I'm so sorry that happened. We did get it fixed and it is better. If you would like to discuss this further please feel free to give me a call at the hotel.

Check in full of guest who could not get into their rooms as keys didn’t work. Our key did not work as well waited for maintenance to let us in. Not what you want after a long day of travel. Credit card denied at check in. Follow up with credit card company was advised clerk keyed on incorrect expiry date so it was declined. Room felt dark dirty and run down. Bed sagging and pillows the worst I’ve ever had. Super 8 typically a good chain but will be trying another chain hotel from now on

I'm so sorry about your keys not working. We had to reprogram all our doors. That problem has now been remedied! I'm so sorry about your credit card issue. I will get with my staff and get them trained better on that!

The hotel was good for the price as we stayed in a normal king room. The room was outdated and needed work but we planned to stay on the cheaper end. There are better rooms available for an upcharge. The staff were nice and the venue and room was clean. The free breakfast outside of the waffle maker was the only hot item. Highly suggest getting a better breakfast as this hotel is close to better chains that are more attractive. Overall, I was happy with the stay because i was just passing through.

I did not see that I was booked for a smoking room, but by the time we got up to the third floor and realized it we just stayed, but I did not enjoy walking to room that smells like smoke nor do I like the fact that they charge a $50 incidental fee and tell you if there’s no damage they should be able to give you a refund within 2 to 3 business days that also is not satisfactory.

Was sent into a room that was not ready, than many areas in room needed to be wiped down, very evident. However, what made it very inconvenient was the shower handle fell off in my hand and couldnt take a bath or shower. When i realized this it was after midnight, nothing they could do, so i had to go down in the morning to let her know, and the phone didn't work.

It was easy to get to and very affordable through Expedia. However, the hotel needs an upgrade and the continental breakfast didn’t amount to much.

Don't book at this hotel
There was a problem with the bathroom sink. The stopper wouldn't open and then something orangey like rust bubbled up in it. At about 11:00 p.m. I called down to get another blanket and no one answered the phone. It was a very disappointing stay.

How easy the whole stay was compared to other local hotels and I got my deposit back unlike the last one I stayed at and I don't trash the rooms .

I got to stay tell 12 because I needed more time there was a old guy there that was cleaning rooms he told me and my significant other we had to leave now or he was calling cops ,it was 1201pm Andrews’s just being rude period told us there fun is over time to leave, we was out for business and found him really rude

There was nothing to make for breakfast when i asked the receptionist if she could make wafle mix and juice she gave attitude mad juice and then hurried and sat back down. At check out i was trying to ask the same receptionist a question about my bill she than began yelling at me getting in my face and threatening to call the cops. Worst place ive ever stayed

Our first room smelled absolutely horrible. Our second room offered was not made up was dirty Will never stay again extremely dissatisfied
