Great location near station, only a 2-min walk, stayed there to visit Hiraizumi and catch the shinkansen to Hakodate the next morning. Super convenient. Lobby smelled of cigarette. Room is dated.

Good choice
Excellent location right next to the JR station. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. The room was very spacious but slightly outdated, the toilet and bathroom especially. The staff was friendly and overall it was a pleasant stay.

Both slippers had a previous guest's hair on them. This tainted my perception of the cleanliness of the room. The reception staff was kind.

Reliable, close to station
Very convenient, located just steps away from the station. Staff speak limited English but are helpful. The place looks a little dated but is clean and perfectly fine.

Room was spacious. The air conditioner was okay, but just a 3-speed fan, so we were not sure that it would manage a heat wave. Very close to the train station. We had breakfast one morning and it was very good, with a few gourmet surprises like pumpkin soup! The area was quiet and we found an excellent Indian food restaurant next door (called Maya) on our last night. A woman at the tourist center spoke perfect English and helped us plan a whirlwind tour of the area, including a visit to the gorge and several temples. We would stay here again.

hotel was great
We got the traditional Japanese suite. We think. The view was great, the room was HUGE, and we didn't pay too much considering the size of the room. It would have easily slept 6.

Very friendly staff close to station
Flew from New Zealand straight to shinkansen and up to Ichinoseki. After 20 hours travelling it was an oasis. Clean friendly and accommodating. Woke to a great breakfast buffet with the nicest eggs in Japan.

Our Japanese room is on the top floor and everything is perfect except some smell that they told us that it 's tatami !! Anyway, the service ,breakfast and location were excellent.

場所が駅のすぐそばで便利でした。3人で10畳＋3畳の部屋(和室)で広かったです。広いベランダも付いていましたのでよけい広く感じられました。その割りにお値段が安かったので助かりました。

東京から宮古に行くのに一泊夜だけ利用させてもらいました。安いのに寝具も快適で良かったです。 駅近なので、周りに居酒屋等ご飯屋さんもいくつかありました。今回は利用できませんでしたが、ホテル内にカフェのようなものもありました。今度来た時ぜひ利用したいです。一関は初めて来ましたが、ホテルの方も含め皆さん親切でした。おすすめです。

一関の駅から近くてとても便利だと思います 出張とかでは最適だと思います 家族で行くにはちょっとって思います 駐車場も別料金になったのでちょっとびっくりですが駅近なので仕方ないのかな？と思います

一関の駅目の前で便利。ホテルの方の対応がとても丁寧でちゃんとした接客の訓練をされていそう。ツインベッドの部屋に泊まりました。スペースが程よくあったと思います。室内の設備は古い感じがしましたが、テレビ台が大きかったり、化粧台が別にあって過ごし易かった。テレビ台にコンセントを出していてくれたので、スマホ充電と湯沸かし器等に使えてよかった。お土産屋で見かけた百年茶も置いてあって味見できたので良かった。 朝食は食べる時間帯を前日に伝えたので、人数整理されているのか、コロナ対策がちゃんとされていて安心して食事ができた。郷土料理のお汁と牛乳が特に美味しかった。 大浴場はなし。 部屋にあった加湿器が熱くなるので、5月なら熱が出ない方が良いと思いました。

親切なフロント対応が印象的
駅前に位置しているので、便利な立地です。建物は新しくはないですが、綺麗に清掃されている印象です。 フロントの対応はいつも丁寧です。 車で行く場合などは事前に電話しておくと、駐車場スペースを確保して頂けたりするので、有り難く思っています。
