Dear Micha, We are sincerely sorry to hear that your experience at our hotel did not meet your expectations. We apologize for the inconvenience with the air conditioning, we explained that due to the low temperatures the previous week we had to put it in hot mode for the well-being of our clients. While you were in the hotel, it was changed to cold mode, but as we explained, it takes 24-48 hours to cool all the hot air in the building.Regarding the pool, Expedia informs on its page that the opening is on May 27, we are very worried about your displeasure.About the parking we also inform that it must be reserved in advance because we have limited spaces.We value your feedback and will take them into account to improve. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with a more satisfactory experience.

We had a few weeks where the temperature had dropped considerably and that is why we kept the heating on for whoever wanted it, the cold mode cannot be had at the same time in the building.
