This place deserves zero stars! I booked and prepaid through Wyndham website. After driving 13 hours with my children. I go to check in. The guy at the desk the runs the hotel said, “I need you to cancel your reservation you booked online and book and pay directly through me.” I said, no. He said, then I will cancel your reservation and was very hateful. After he canceled my reservation. I called Wyndham corporate office and reached the lady who said she shows my reservation and prepayment and that the hotel canceled my reservation. She apologized for the local guys behavior and opened a case for management. I travel all over the world and have never seen such appalling behavior. I had to find another hotel at 9:30 at night with my kids. We went to Fairfield Inn & Suites which was amazing! So unless you want to be stranded and deal with hateful people, skip this place.

Overall a good stay at the hotel. Coffee in breakfast area wasn’t good. Wasn’t allowed to check in an hour early even though no guests were there.

Property was clean and everything worked with the exception of the bathroom exhaust fan. The walls are very thin, so I heard every sound from neighboring room (coughs, tv, hairdryer, etc). Every door that closes throughout the property slams shut. Throughout the night side access doors and room doors, opened and slammed shut. I thought it was rude people at first, but in the morning realized, that doors close automatically with a loud solid bam followed by the latch. Sounds echo throughout, due to the lack of carpeting. All floors are covered with an attractive vinyl/hardwood flooring. Nice looking, easy to keep clean and maintain.....loud. Wear earplugs if you are a light sleeper and you should be happy staying here!

Basic place, but we expected it. Were there for a race, so we needed somewhere close to the event. The beds were sooo uncomfortable!! We felt like were sleeping on a concrete slab!! And then there is a safety/security issue. My wife and kids arrived a day later and I was at the race. SHe needed a key card for the room and went to the front desk to get one. She told the desk person her name and room number and they handed her 2 key cards without asking her for her identification,,,,,,,Otherwise, the place was pretty clean.

Sheets had hair and what looked like blood on sheets asked for them to be changed they brought the sheets and said I would have to change them myself. Will not stay there ever again. Had I not had a disabled person with me I would of packed up and left. No discount for changing my own sheets.
