The only thing is that the hallway smelt like wet dog or dirty carpet. Plus there were ants in my colleagues room.

Friendly staff, clean all around, best waffle maker in the breakfast area. We were able to walk across the street to Chuck's the first night and Swiss Chalet the second night, for our dinners. Very handy. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay at the Sleep Inn. The reception staff was very friendly, the cleanliness of our room was excellent, the breakfast was fine. The property around the hotel was a overgrown and tired - but it looks like some changes are in the works so maybe this is just temporary. Some weeding could be done. I mistakenly booked on Expedia and I won't do that again. All in all, our stay was very nice.

The toilet would not stop running. The noise of on and off, on and off all night kept waking us up throughout the night. We mentioned this to the front desk so we hope it has been fixed.

Although an older building, they are upgrading. Very clean. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast leaves a bit to be desired, but there are many restaurants close by. The staff friendly & helpful.

Everything was great a little expensive for the low quality site.Rooms and areas are clean , the people are nice. Very touristy so the price of rooms are reflected in that. Also was only staying one night (Saturday $$)

We were very happy with every staff member we had talked to.. very helpful and friendly. That being said, it's run down for the price we paid to stay there. When we were packing up our bags before check out, we saw a live cockroach stuck to some tape on the desk by the fridge. The front desk staff were apologetic but couldnt do anything as i had booked thru Expedia.

Only had one night at Sleep Inn. Nice place. Very quiet. Easy parking. Rooms were comfortable. I would stay here again if I come back to Bracebridge

great hotel for a short stay
Comfortable but very dated hotel, requires updating. Opened closet door and it came off in our hand, Room door frame is separating apart and loose. Shower head head was leaking. It is in a great downtown location, breakfast was limited but tasty. Room was clean and the bed comfortable
