Best price/value ratio i've seen in a long time. Very close to a lot of downtown businesses/restaurants. Very friendly area. No hassle check in and check out.

I didnt like the fact that check in was difficult. I had to pay again dont understand why when i oaid through expedia. Was told that i woukd be refunded at checkout. We will see considering noone was at checkout when we left. Had no choice but to pay because there was nothing else available and i already paid with expedia

The payment is to be done when you check in, and Expedia doesn't charge you. There is a pre-payment policy requirement and the amount has already credited to your account and there is only one charge on your account.

It was very close to arrowhead provincial park. The room was clean. I liked that the shower had a faucet so you could just wash your feet if you needed.

We booked a weekend stay for our family. The place was clean outside and very quiet. The room was huge, clean, comfy and up to date. Only issue was the hot water (didn't get hot just stayed luke warm or there was no hot water) The staff was friendly and helpful Would definitely return for a weekend in the future

Ductless heating/AC was very loud and heat was either too hot or too cold. Room was small. No plug in bath tub. Guests in upstairs room were doing gynmastics...woken up at 11:54pm by loud thumps and bangs. Not management fault but still made for a lousy, interrupted stay. Price was cheap, but would have paid more for something better.

Great Hotel
Always a great visit at the Hunstville Inn. stay there on business quite often. About 10 times a year.Always greeted with a smile. The rooms are warm and very clean. Love the fact there are both a fridge and microwave in the room.when needed. I like the fast checkin i get when i arrive. im accomidated well. Will always be back. Ron

While the motel's proximity and cleanliness are commendable, the overall experience is marred by the abysmal management. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that the staff lacked professionalism and basic courtesy. They seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns, and any requests were met with indifference or, in some cases, outright rudeness. In summary, while the motel's location and cleanliness may draw you in, the horrendous management overshadows any positive aspects. The lack of professionalism, indifference to guests' needs. When it comes to chain business hotels it’s always flexible sometime according the guest request.

Our stay was perfect - the room, including the bathroom, was exceptionally clean & had everything we needed. The only glitch was we couldn’t connect to the wifi…even though the password was pointed out to us when we checked in. We would definitely stay at this motel again!

The motel rooms were very small for the price paid. Bathroom was extremely small and the room was not so comfy too. Hot water was good. Only one coffee pouch and two milk-sugar pouches. Microwave and fridge were added so that was nice. Staff was nice and accommodating.
