The hotel stay was pretty nice to be honest. The included breakfast was really fantastic. A lot of good options to choose from, the danishes looked old though. There were other guests there that definitely disturbed our stay. They were mucking about the hotel property tasing each other with a taser! Three grown adults. Making excess noise. These adults had propped the door from the pool room that leads outside open and were tasing each other outside while me and my daughters swam. The men came back inside and saw us. Engaged us a little in casual conversation- how’s the water? Etc one made a comment to the other about how he should get his swimsuit on and go get a girlfriend. It was me (Female), my 16F, 13F, and 7F. Then they left the pool area and came back with a case of beer, dinner, and cigarettes. They sat at a table, played loud music, ate their dinner, drank their beers, and smoked their cigarettes. They tried to offer us all some of their dinner. It was just clear from their interactions with us that they were there to try to engage with us, while me and my minor children were trying to enjoy a swim. And smoking indoors? Boooo! I did not complain to the hotel staff, primarily because I didn’t feel safe to do so. If I complained- they would know it was me, I’m here alone with my kids, and they have a taser. It felt safer to just cut our swim time short. This isn’t a reflection on the hotel itself I guess - but the other guests definitely tainted our stay.

We are on a road trip, and this is one of the nicer hotels we’ve stayed at. There was nothing else hotelwise for hours either way, but this place was very nice and clean. Kinda in the middle of nowhere, but they had a great breakfast spread with made to order omelettes, and a very nice staff. My only complaint was we can hear people talking through the walls but other than that it was a great stay.

Not so much executive...
My second visit at this location. The conservation placards all over the show is irritating. Happy you are trying to conserve, but not your guests problem, especially when they're paying for an executive suite. The constant question I had seeing these placards was, how clean is my room really? Secondly, the breakfast was unimpressive. I went at 8am, well within the breakfast time, and there was only 3 sausages left. The omelet wasn't bad at all. Just expected bettter, especially since this is a bragging point for you. At least the coffee was good. Overall, the executive suite looked exactly like a normal room. Did not get the executive feeling... Really nothing special...

Very clean, quiet, comfortable room. They had a laundry there which was useful. Breakfast was very good. Only issue we had was half the time the 'tap' key card didn't work but each time they fixed it right away.

This was a very clean hotel. The beds were comfortable. They had plenty of TV channels available. There were plenty of choices for breakfast. The only negative am aspect was the noise from the street and the noise from other guests.

It was OK. The breakfast was not good. The food was old and I was there early. The room was OK. There was spray all over my car on the morning from the facility sprinkler. It was difficult to get off. Staff was nice.

First time staying here & it went well. The staff was nice & helpful. The room was very clean and didn't have any oder. The shower head needs to be soaked and cleaned cause it doesn't spit water out correctly all the way. There's more cold water then hot water also. Wish the bathroom had a dimmer or 2 separate lights so it wasn't so bright. The parking space was limited and the storms that hit flooded the parking lot.

We were in Liberal Kansas on June 21, 2023 and decided to stay the night there. We went to your website and the best Western came up first option. We booked it because there were very bad weather happening at this time. After we confirmed the booking for the room, we discovered that the best Western Was in another town Hugoton Kansas 45 miles away. We could not use this room because there were tornado warnings at this time. We immediately canceled that room. I would like a refund because your website gave us a room in the wrong city that we put in to search for. My itinerary number is 725882-02229434.
