“Lovely!”

We stayed 4 nights here and only wished it were longer. The room was lovely, spacious and clean, the pool was great and the hotel staff were lovely and friendly. It's a shame that the sea comes right up to the hotel edge so you can't sunbathe on the beach. However this was the only downside for us and would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

“good hotel”

A lovely peaceful hotel and location. Done in a more traditional Thai style without the high rise. Very nice pool and garden surrounds. Disappointment was only one restaurant open so limited choices. No staff to really assist you with local knowledge and advise.

“Disappointed. Not as good as I had expected.”

I finally decided on this hotel because of other reviews online. The hotel looks fantastic and just what three friends meeting up in Thailand were looking for. Wrong! This is NOT a 5 star hotel. It cld be a 4 star but the hotel needs renovating. Because there were so few guests it was very peaceful and we had the pool to ourselves. The rooms were spacious and clean albeit a bit musty but the bathrooms were dark and the showers need replacing. Cld not get a decent water pressure or an even temperature. The continental breakfast was good but lacked variety. Same choice every day. Staff friendly and helpful but do not spk English which was a problem at check in. The pool is huge and wonderful. The one and only restaurant was good but not cheap. Although I did order a salad one day for lunch and was given a bit of lettuce with some tomato and salad dressing. Lunches next door at Let's Sea were excellent. The hotel is located abt 5 kms from Hua Hin and there is a hotel bus which goes into town in the morning and at 4pm and 8pm which are not ideal times for going out for dinner. The bus would not drop you at the other end of town either. The quality of the massages in the hotel were excellent but expensive. Beware of the mosquitoes especially at night and swimming in the sea was restricted because of the jelly fish. There is no free WiFi except in the library. Gym small but has updated equipment. Would not go back.
