It was terrible ! I reserved rooms for my guest - Prebooked and paid . For the leftover property $100 deposit ; i reserved my card for it - signed documents that were sent over . My guests were charged 3 times for the same booking. The receptionist was super rude and showed so much attitude - no ettiquettes and manners. Will never stay here again .

Nice hotel, however you can’t connect to Netflix or other streaming services which was pretty annoying. It’s also always very cold even if you turn the AC off.

Conditioner dispenser didn’t work, loud noise by freeway, self parking exit wasn’t working well and took forever, bathroom sinks by ballroom was out of service, and elevator was out of service. Definitely can use a lot of fixing!!!

Not sure why there was a resort fee, it was just a large place w/ a tiny pool. Wait time for the elevators were long every time.
