“Older outside but GREAT inside.”

I recently stayed at the Sheraton North while visiting my best friend from kindergarten. The shuttle to and from the airport was great. The outside of the hotel looks dated, but the inside is very modern and clean. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. My room was huge and the bed was very comfy. The room was also very quiet, even being right next to the airport. I quess my only negative was the price of the food and drink at the hotel restaurant was a little overpriced, but I guess thats the price of convenience. I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton snd will stay here again, if I come back to Houston.

“Close to Airport”

Very convenient to Bush Intercontinental Airport. Free shuttle runs 24 hours per day to/from airport. Comfortable room, and excellent restaurant.

“surprise phone charge...”

Everything was fine except to use the phone with a calling card (1-800...) a very small charge was added to the room. I would have felt for the quality of such a hotel this type of charge would be included with the room.

“Great place to stay.”

We appreciated the hotel service, as well as the proximity - within a few miles of the airport. The hotel also provided a shuttle to the shopping mall, which was a nice benefit with Christmas just a few days away. We also took advantage of the shuttle back to the aiport the next morning to catch the bus transporting us to the cruise ship. All very convenient.

“Great hotel near George Bush Intercontinental.”

We booked this room at the last minute, and arrived after midnight. There was no problem at all, even with our dog traveling with us. Check-in was painless. Room service was friendly. The pool was great. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again, and probably will.

“Defintitely a repeat location”

Clean, convenient and full service as described and they delivered. Restaurant had a great selection and staff was courteous. Would recommend to others and we would definitely stay again.
