This property needs to be shut down. Everytime I have stayed here I have had an issue. Between lying to customers on the phone and in person, double charging customers on purpose, no understanding of how to run or operate a hospitality business, they do not what so ever clean any of the rooms, THEY ARE VERY PREJUDICE AND DO NOT LIKE AMERICANS.
This particular stay they first tried to say that I had to leave because of my certified service dogs, when they realized they just messed up they tried to say that I had no reservation. I did it was with hotwire and paid for online. They proceeded to call me a liar and say I was making it up. All night they said nothing to me. Next morning the one worker who rudely stood at the side door goes you didn't pay yesterday so you need to leave. Yes I did I said. Well the manager said you are to leave cuz of your animals. I said no they are certified. Then it was wedont care you need to leave.
Mind you the entire 3 days I was there my 17 yr old daughter who was just rescued from human trafficking the day before whi needed to have her own room for privacy my boyfriend and myself did not have any guest, we were quiet and we're paying. They refused the 3rd days payment and hotwire refunded it to me. Bridgeway called the cops on me but thankfully they knew I was in the right and didn't give me a hard time but still had to leave. The owners told the cops my dogs were aggressive and destroyed the room they looked and said wow they are lying.
