Room was comfortable and clean and quiet.
I wasn't informed about breakfast choices and ordered room service which was not very good, The next day I used the breakfast buffet.

Place was great but for the price I paid it didn't feel luxury. Great business hotel but lacked in any other appeal. I booked a room based off of the description that stated bathtub...had HIGH hopes of getting a relaxing bath and was saddened when it didn't even have the combo tub/shower set up.
Internet access isnt free is a $20 per day cost unless you are a member of bonvoy which i am but could never get it to recognise my membership. Spoke to guest service that credited them but then found the charges when i checked out. Also my room was opposite the elevators and had the noise of the motors all night which initially i didnt think was so bad but after a couple of hours was very intrusive. Make sure you are not in room 19 or 20 on the 21st floor!

Liked everything but be warned it you stay in 1915 or any upper floor 15’s the elevator noise will keep you awake
Literally the best hotel overall I’ve ever stayed at. Wife and I come for a weekend getaway for our anniversary every year and, God willing, we will continue to do so for the next 50 years

The Hotel was clean and comfortable.The staff friendly and helpful.Maybe my mind wasn’t open but the restaurant looked liked it didn’t fit with the rest of the hotel.
Hotel is super clean, the rooms are pretty, comfortable and very clean. Staff was very friendly . Location is perfect, around shopping, restaurants. I would stay here again
If you are a "usual" Marriott customer, don't stay
Totally surprised and disappointed! I would normally stay in a Courtyard Marriott, thinking I would have an "upgrade", to my surprise, service was horrible! The servers in the restaurant were not attentative, the front desk staff was never there - or waiting for them to come out and take care of your request was just not acceptable.
When I checked in they didn’t event looked at me and they didn’t explained to me anything, they just asked for my credit card and that was it, they didn’t even helped me with my luggage and the men that was in the valet when I checked out was rude and didn’t looked presentable, I was very disappointed. I honestly wouldn’t go back to that hotel.
