Fitness center thermostat was set at 82°. Too high. RCA television remote couldnt turn channels. Cardio equipment faced wall instead of TV. Didn't have 15 and 20 lb dumbells.

This was an average stay. The staff were friendly and the rooms were what I would expect at the price point. Only one elevator worked, and parts of the room were in disrepair. In room A/Cs were loud. The area of town we were in was what we would consider to be unsafe. Lastly, we paid the extra money for the "free" breakfast, which was a very poor investment. There was bread, yogurt, juice and broken granola bars for the yogurt. Any hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, etc.) required an additional up charge. I've never seen tiered pricing at a hotel breakfast bar. Save the $15-$20 and grab breakfast elsewhere. If you need an affordable place to sleep, this was fine. If you want a decent stay, spend a little more and go elsewhere.

I was expected more from the hotel because in every hotel they give Botle of water 1 every day, and we don’t have anyone I had to buy water; also, the air conditioner It was so old

Front desk checked someone else into my room, when I went to check in they gave me a key to the same room. I walked in on someone in my room. When you request towels they never had towels. Im not sure how this hotel had such great ratings. My stay here was very unsatisfactory.
