“Excellent hotel”
Excellent service, very helpful staff and good location. One of the best hotel I had ever stay.
“Great location”
The Prince Hotel, Marco Polo is a very short taxi ride from the Airport Express Train (Kowloon Station), and is within walking distance of the subway (Austin Station) and the Sarr Ferry (Ocean terminal) to Hong Kong Island. The availability of "designer" shopping in an elegant/extravagant Mall is a simple matter of walking through the hotel's 2nd floor doorways.

This was a very pleasant hotel to stay in; our romm was large and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location in Harbour city was great for shopping but involved a short walk to an MTR station. The food in the Spice Market buffet was good and had a wide selection. I would stay here again.

Got a great deal thru expedia. booking was prompt. Upon arriving to the hotel , got excellent treatment buy the bell-boys. check-in was prompt. got upgraded to the executive floor. great room. nice fruit platter that was refilled each day.
“Fantastic Hotel”
What can I say great hotel great location excellant breakfast great variety.This is the second time we have stayed here and it is still a fantastic hotel. The restaurant where you have breakfast is a great place to have dinner too, really good value. Hotel is close to the Star Ferry and harbour side and MTR in a great shopping centre with all facilities Would stay here when ever we visit Hong Kong

Great hotel near metro, great for families with children and older people who want to return to the hotel. mall walking early in the morning. easy access to the food court, City Super convenient to buy any items.

“Great Value”
Stayed 4 days and was very pleased with the Marco Polo Prince. * Negatives first: located at the far end of Harbor City, so by comparison with other Tsim Sha Tsui (central tourist area of Kowloon) hotels, the Prince requires a lot of walking; airconditioner was a little finicky and the thermostat needed constant adjustment; bathroom a little tired. * But lots of positives: cheerful room and front desk staff; really large mini-safe; comfortable bed and well-designed luggage/closet space; good-value buffet breakfast; complimentary newspaper upon request. The hotel concierge also was very helpful. My tailor had not delivered my order of shirts the night before my departure as promised. When I checked out at 6 AM next day, I left instructions with the concierge to please re-direct the tailor's delivery-person to the address of a friend in Hong Kong. If you have ever tried anything similar in any hotel, even luxury hotels in the US and Europe, you know that this is usually a 50-50 proposition. But the shirts were delivered to my friend without incident that same day. Bravo!
