Simply a palace of life memories... This hotel and staff are wonderful. It is a place that feels regal, food is amazing, I had the pool to myself in the morning, the gym is fantastic and the decor is something else.

I like it so much, the service is very good. I did pick this hotel because I like the ambiance and i see the pool its big and beautiful, I also called the staff if the pool is open they said yes and when we got there it is not open .we bought some swimsuits butbwe never used it. This is very disappointing.

The hotel is linked to Fortress Hill MTR Station via an overhead bridge. Very convenient! Lots of dining options with supermarket/ pharmacy etc located all nearby. Very good.

Service Staff was helpful as I lost my cellphone in the taxi and they helped me to get it back within 2 hours. Beds were comfortable and clean.
Overall the hotel was impressively decorated and staff were courteous. Short walk to the MTR station. They also helped us booked a taxi to the airport without fuss.

커넥티드룸에서 묵었는데 (3명*2개방 = 6명) 2~3인용 방 자체를 통로만 연결시켜 놓은것이기 때문에 대가족이 함께 머물기에는 부적절합니다. 다만 MTR 접근성이 좋은 편이고 주변에 왓슨스, 편의점, 파이브가이즈, 맥도날드 등이 있어서 편하게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 조식은 가격대비 적당하다고 생각됩니다.

Lobby was beautiful! Rooms were slightly small and difficult to move around in at times but comfy overall. It was a good stay, would definitely stay here again. It’s close to the MTR and there are a lot of food places nearby.

We arrived in the evening for a long layover in Hong Kong and wanted to go straight to bed. Check in took a few moments and we were off to the room. Breakfast was included and was adequate. Coffee with breakfast buffet was terrible. So Bad. Starbucks near by resolved that.

Lobby was impressive, luxurious feeling. Very long queue at check-in but staff was very helpful. However, anti-climax-upon stepping into room, toilet was stained, not clean, room was dusty. Size was typical of HKG hotel, that is small.

Good service at front desk. Room cleaning could be hit or miss. We booked 3 rooms, we found a blueberry under the desk in one of the room. Some area covered by dust. Hope they focus on cleaning and maintenance.

We loved the helpful staff. Hotel manager helped us ungraded our room knowing that we were traveling with kids. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Gives a 5-star feeling when you step in. However the location of the hotel sometimes is hard for our taxi drivers to find. It is located close to the MTR station(5 mins) so overall the location is not a big problem.

The photo shows that there was a sofa inside the room. however, the rooms were extremely small. It did not have sofa. We were disappointed and requested to change into the suite.
Please do not believe the photos, the hotel told us that the photo was mismatched. All the twins rooms do not have sofa.

Noisy HVAC, light sleeper beware. Room appears clean but some area was dusty. Safe did not work. Body shampoo bottle did not pump. Shower floor drain clogged. Sink drain partially clogged. Needs more attention to details.

Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Alexandra. There's a brideway going to mtr. Rooms are clean but a bit small. All necessities complete except for lotion.
