This place is in very bad condition. Cracked windows, broken hair dryers, cracked bathroom ceiling , trash behind furniture, noisy, truckers in parking lot making noise at midnight, rude housekeeping staff member, lack of service when requested, peeling wallpaper. Had to beg for a crib after we requested prior to arrival. Took 2 additional calls to get one. Terrible experience- never again.

I am deeply sorry for the condition of your room. The property is currently undergoing a complete renovation. Also, I am beyond distressed on how you were treated. To my understanding we comped the cost of the crib for all 3 nights of your stay due to the inconvenience of that. I will handle all these issues accordingly to ensure they never happen again. I appreciate you bringing them to my attention. I hope you give us another chance to make this previous stay up to you. Please call the hotel directly and ask for Morgan the next time you book. Lady at front desk was very nice. Decent breakfast with waffles, muffins, eggs, sausage, juice, etc. Older hotel but was clean.

The property was having some remodeling and some hallways had stacks of materials. They were not in the way but you knew things were changing. What did surprise me was how quiet everything was. Limited cable tv.

This was the weirdest stay I’ve ever had. Where as the room I was staying at wasn’t fabulous, and there was no heat in the hallways, the sheets were clean. The shower ceiling was falling down into the shower. I went to the gym on the third floor and was shocked. It really looked like it was abandoned… plastic wrap, tape on doors, no heat wallpaper, literally falling off the walls. I was actually afraid the building that collapse when I saw the third floor. It didn’t but I was very happy to get out of there.

I'm sorry you thought the building was abandoned but the 3rd floor is currently undergoing renovation and that is why there is plastic and tape on the doors.

The room was filthy. The hair dryer didn’t work. We wanted a soda and all the soda machines in the hotel were not working. The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately we will not be staying there on our next visit

Place needs a total face lift. Wall paper is pealing and could be from the 1990's. Bathroom was even worse. Carpet, probably should have been replaced 10 years ago. Other reviews mention a smell, yes it does have an old smell. Safety... questioning at the moment as the side door, at 10 pm, anyone can enter, guess you dont need a key. Honestly, the pictures online gave me hope but you get what you paid for I guess. Staff was nice though.

As for security, all of our entryways are keyed access only unless it was braced open by another guest in which I apologize for if that was the case. Stop for one night - great!
I'm not sure why there werent more guests here because it was a good stay! The desknperson on check-in was friendly and helpful! Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, different types of pillows, frig, microwave, coffee maker, large TV. We even went to the breakfast area to play cards. There was a sofa and cocktail table too. The breakfast was "our favorite" with waffles, bread, hard eggs, yogurt, cold cereal and juice. Great stay for $67!

Filthy hotel
The rooms had so much moisture and the smell was awful. The wall paper was coming off the wall and when I touched it the wall was so wet that I could push it in. I asked to move rooms, I was moved to another room a few doors down and this room I went to pull the covers back and the sheets were not changed (see photos below). I asked to have my room changed again and we moved a few doors down again and we couldn’t adjust the temperature of the room Because the knob was broke, the covers were dirty (I did ask for clean ones and she gave us one, we asked for another and was told they would bring it to our room but no one brought it), the wallpaper peeling, pictures had so much condensation on them that I would not be surprised if this hotel has mold behind the walls. My son left his iPad and I call the hotel and coincidentally they did not see an iPad when I know for sure my son left it there but we were already at the airport once we noticed he didn’t grab it after pulling it out that morning. Just overall a very unclean, smelly, hotel. They required a $100 deposit and I couldn’t see for what because the whole visit was an inconvenience to me. I was tired from traveling with my family and had to move rooms twice due to uncleanliness and on top of that to have a housekeeper that was not honest about finding an iPad.

I would tatevthis hotel as very low.
The hotel was very impressive upon entering. I was in a non smoking room,but the hallway was filled with scent of smoke, which I was told the smoke was filtering through the vents. Quality inn moved me to another room. The new room was very nice and free of smoke. The next day the whole hallway was filled with manajui smell. It lasted all night. I told the front desk and they told me it was a nonsmoking part of hotel and could not do anything about it. I really was not happy and this went on for rest of my stay.

Our event is louder than yours-Deal with it.
The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is what you would expect for the price. It is a bit outdated and needs some cosmetic help. I believe they are working on renovations. This is the second time we have stayed here. We did have an issue with noise this time around. There was an event taking place that was so loud that we could hear it over the TV in our room. When we called the front desk, we were told there was nothing that could be done. We had to "deal with it". The night clerk said she would not go in because she was afraid. It was a revival! I am sure the folks would have turned it down a few notches. The event went on all night. I received very little sleep. The puffy eyes and dark circles will be documented forever in my daughter's wedding pictures. Overall, the stay was as expected. However, we will think twice before staying again. It is a shame, because we will be staying in the area multiple times over the coming years. We were told we would be compensated for the lost night of sleep. There was a different clerk at the desk on checkout day so, nothing was actually done. The manager did apologize for the issue and said it would be addressed.

I wont be returning
Non smoking room smelled like smoke, room wasnt clean and when you see visable soiled areas in the room you automatically think nothing was touched so I had to clean all the surfaces before being used and bathroom. Refigerator in room didnt keep items cool eventhough temp was set to max. Elevator closed on my arms hard, spilled what i was carrying seems like it needs updated big time. It was quiet and no disturbances.
