I love visiting Helsingborg and this hotel is in a great location near the train and bus station in the heart of downtown. The staff is very friendly, breakfast has an incredible selection at a high quality, and the design and decor of the hotel is fabulous. I was disappointed, however, that there was no way to get to and from the hotel via ramp - there were only steps. The elevator also had issues. If you have accessibility needs, this hotel will be difficult to stay in. I could also hear my neighbors throughout the day and night and there was no phone to call down to reception with questions or asking for assistance. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay despite poor accessibility.

Lightings in room is not bright enough, shower glass door doesn't work well and shower area flooring is the same level so the floor and mat is wet each time. To improve on housekeeping cleanliness and changing of towels.

The Vault Hotel is a beautiful property, the rooms were spacious, bed beautifully comfortable bathroom generous. The breakfast was fresh with a good variety of dishes to choose from. The only downside to the hotel is the noise from tge restaurants and bars below. With your windows open you either tried to sleep with ear plugs, close the windows and the room got stuffy or stay awake till 3-4am in the morning while the revellers partied on below. Without air conditioning it makes it a bit uncomfortable. Maybe the property could look at portable Air conditioners rather than fans? Other than that a really beautiful hotel. Staff etc 10/10. Lacation is excellent, close to everything. Transport, restaurants shops, attractions etc

Central location, good mattress and nice breakfast
Nice hotel right in the centre of Helsingborg. Comfortable bed and nicely decorated room and bathroom. The breakfast buffet had good variation of both sweet and savoury.

Great hotel in a great location
The hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location. There are many great restaurants around, plenty of shops and parts of the city to explore. The rooms themselves are incredibly comfortable… the beds are quite literally heaven. Overall a brilliant hotel experience.

Trevlig hotell!!!
Riktigt trevligt hotell. Bra bemötande av all personal. Enda minuset var att vi bodde på våning 1. För det var ganska livat på kvällen nere i baren långt inne på småtimmarna. Nästa gång vill vi bo lite längre upp.

Väldigt trevligt och charmigt hotell. Bokade tyvärr ej tyst rum och fick då ett vid trappan (105). Mycket ljud från baren samt spring i trappan.
