Beautiful Home and Great Location
We stayed in October to enjoy Helen during Oktoberfest and the surrounding areas. The home was beautiful with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. It is conveniently located close to the major attractions in Helen. We would highly recommend this home if you are planning to spend a few days in the area.

Wonderful place when traveling with friends
Great location, terrific accommodations for friends to stay. 4 bedrooms with bathrooms was perfect for our reunion with friends. We wanted to be together but really enjoy a little privacy as well. This place fit the bill. Thank you!

This home was in the Innsbrook Resort community up a beautiful windy road. The house was clean, had everything you need for a getaway in the mountains and was very private. We even saw a bear cross the street on the way home one night. Host was very responsive and supportive. Definitely a place I would rent again.

Exceeded All Expectations!!
Perfect location, gated community, easily accessible, safe and secluded. The cabin’s description was spot on!! We had 6 adults with 4 kids so the game room and jacuzzi were perfect. Within 2 miles of Helen’s water park, Cool River Tubing with adventure course along with downtown Helen. The cabin was everything that we hoped it would be and the property manager was in communication with us to make sure we had everything we needed down to directions. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED & will be visiting again!!

Property is worn,creaky,not level inside.almost every kitchen tile is cracked do to the fact the house is shifting. Everything was clean and serviceable and we enjoyed our stay but we would not rent that house again.

Wife’s 40th birthday weekend
We rented this cabin for my wife’s 40th birthday weekend with a few other couples. The cabin was perfect for our group and was located very conveniently to town. The cabin was clean and organized which made the stay very enjoyable and comfortable.

Amazing Cabin!!

75th Birthday Celebration
Wonderful home with plenty of room for all of us. Well equipped kitchen, large kitchen table, even had a high chair! Comfortable living area. The soft, creaky mattress in the master bedroom needs to be changed but that’s the only improvement we suggest. We would definitely recommend this beautiful home!

Beautiful home nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Trees all around. Pictures do not do this place justice. Very spacious for our family. A warm welcome from the host, to guards at gate. We will definitely stay here again soon. Close to town.

Perfect Mountain Retreat for a large group!
Beautiful property and accurately represented! My family really enjoyed the hot tub and pool table! Personally, I loved the security of being in a gated community. All of the surrounding houses are beautiful too. Close driving distance to downtown! Overall, great experience!

We were all in town for our sons wedding and rented this cabin for us and three of our other adult children and their spouses. It was perfect for us! Clean, plenty of bathrooms, and enjoyed the hot tub. We would stay again.

The property was the perfect place for our 7 person family to gather. It was very quiet and secluded. The back deck seemed to be the favorite spot for everyone, and of course the pool table and hot tub. We all loved it.

We had a quick weekend getaway with the family to Helen, GA. The cabin was perfect for our family as the kids loved the basement/game room and hot tub. The central location to Helen was perfect but enjoyed the privacy of being tucked away in the gated neighborhood.

Beautiful setting, great hot tub!
We spent five nights here in April. The weather didn’t cooperate as much as we would have liked, but that’s OK. We enjoyed the house and especially the hot tub! We had a couple of glitches and the answers were given to us immediately. The response time was impressive. The game area Downstairs suite as well as we played cards when mother nature wasn’t kind to us! The hot tub was hot and ready for us upon arrival. The stocked kitchen was a treat.

This was my first experience using Vrbo…and it couldn’t have gone better. The property was amazing, it is exactly as described in the listing. Everything that you could need for a mountain getaway is included, there’s not a detail too small that wasn’t waiting for us when we arrived. Kate was extremely responsive ahead of our checkin, as well as with questions that came up ahead of our departure. The cabin is no more than a 5 min drive into downtown Helen, and I can’t wait to rent it again in the summer or for Oktoberfest. Do not hesistate to book this cabin!

Wedding weekend
We stayed at the cabin the weekend of our son’s wedding. The cabin was beautiful and the furnishings were exactly what was expected. Temps had dropped and the gas fireplaces were so cozy. It provided sufficient spaces for 4 couples and a great hang out space downstairs. Plenty of bathrooms assured that getting ready for the wedding was an easier process —no crowding in the bathrooms. It was a wonderful space that only added to this special weekend.

Having a good time!
We had an excellent stay at the property. Plenty of space for all of us. Lovely view and very comfortable. The driveway was a little steeper than I had originally anticipated. We had to wait a bit to get out as it had snowed but Kate was very accommodating on a little extra time to do that. Great experiences overall!

Great Cabin!
We loved our stay at the cabin! Great location and very well maintained. I think this was the first-time that snacks have provided by the owners and we've stayed in quite a few different cabins over the years. Overall, it was a great time and we'll definitely keep it in mind for future trips to Helen.

Nice home to spend a few days with extended family. Prompt resolution of non working stove/oven and fire place. Lots of kitchen gadgets and spices. Loved the large dining table so we could all enjoy meals together. It was a little chilly but the decks would have been a amazing to hang out on in warmer weather. Convenient drive to downtown.

Great place to stay when visiting Helen GA, Although the driveway is easy to miss, on our first time we drove passed it and had to turn around. Could use a larger house number sign.

The property was secluded enough to enjoy the privacy yet close enough to Helen to shop. The owner was very nice and responded quickly with any question I had. The cleaning service needs to do a better job as there were cob webs along the ceiling in every room. A couple of the outside chairs may need to be replaced as the netting on the seats were broken. The bathroom tile around the flooring needs to be caulked but other than those very few issues the place was very nice.

Excellent experience renting this property. Kate was so detailed and organized, and there were lots of touches that made the stay enjoyable, from the bottled waters and coffee to the labels on the light switches so we weren't fumbling our way around, to the super soft towels and bedding. Hot tub was immaculate and the perfect temperature to enjoy on a chilly weekend. Our favorite room was the basement game room with fireplace and the hot tub just outside on the deck. Tons of space for a large group although it was just the two of us this time around. Would whole heartedly recommend!!

Perfect Getaway!
We were so impressed with the cabin! The cabin and property are so beautiful! Everything was very clean. The kitchen was great as we cooked all our meals there throughout our stay. The location is amazing- all the great Helen attractions are so close. We certainly are planning another visit in the fall!
