However, rooms are allocated based on the reservation for 3nights secondaly you come on 3rd day after 5:00pm for checkout and ask for the refund which is not possible. I understand that make you un happy but we can't do any thing against the rules.In all the probability, we apologies for the inconvenience.

Dear Rolando,Well your are NOT REGISTERED a checkin guest with our system,WE VERIFY....That you have reservation through EXPEDIA.you have to deal with them for your money back.second we havent charge any thing to you. from our end we have cancled the reservation because you dont have valid driver's licence and credit card to hold the incidental folio.
