I loved the location of this hotel. More importantly, the property itself is great because it is clean, beautiful, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I got the suite with the church view and it did not disappoint. And the tub overlooking that church was on point.

Great hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. David the manager is a great guy. Excellent location and roof bar/pool with best view over the lake. Would definitely come back.

Spectacular property conveniently located in the old quarter. Nice rooms with great extremely comfortable beds. Awesome rooftop pool and bar. The staff anticipates and exceed your every need. I highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic hotel with very comfortable rooms and beds. Generous sized shower and bathroom. Beautiful rooftop pool overlooking the old quarter and sky bar. Excellent service exceeding every expectation. The staff is fantastic. I highly recommend.

The service at this hotel really stood out to me. When I asked for any requests, the employees responded almost inhumanely fast! The way that the property manager also checked in with us, made me feel that our experience was highly valued. Of the service, I also thought the Breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations, and the room was spacious and clean! I would highly recommend after two nights stay there!

This hotel is 5 minutes from main shopping street and next to picturesque Turtle Lake. This is real 5 star hotel with big rooms, great restaurant and bar, pool on the roof and very friendly and professional staff. Their breakfast is just super- tasty and with many options. Pho Bo was really good. This hotel is not cheap but it worth every penny you paid. My special thanks to reception manager and staff. They were very helpful.

Jade Hotel is a nice spot that is located close to Kiem Lake and everything else you need in the old quarter. We had one minor problem with our stau and the staff took care of everything we needed and then some. "Nancy" was very kind and made sure we were taken care of before leaving the hotel. I would recommend!

Beautiful property. Very clean and comfortable. The room and shower area are very spacious and well lit. The rooftop and pool area are fantastic and great to hang out. Just one minor dislike: the water in the pool is not heated and a little too cold to be enjoyable. It might be fine later in the summer, but March temperatures in Hanoi were a little low during our stay. Not really a complaint, though. Our stay was lovely!

Stayed for 1 week here, it's in an ideal location right in the heart of old Hanoi. Within easy walking distance of most of the old town sights and various very good eating establishments. Staff in the hotel couldn't do enough for you, all lovely people, from the check in staff right through the hotel. Unfortunately the weather meant we didn't get a chance to use the pool as it was too cool but ideal for sightseeing. Shame really as you get a great view on the rooftop. Would definitely stay again if back in Hanoi.

This is a really sweet hotel run by an amazing staff. The hotel is located in a great spot between the old quarter and the French Quarter. You can walk everywhere. The breakfast is lovely and the head chef will make sure you have exactly what you want. The staff sendoff to wish you well when you check out is so personal and joyful. A great place to stay.

The hotel was superb in terms of Location (Just a few minutes away from the Lake), hospitality, cleanliness, everything. Rooms were quite small but that’s true for most of the hotels in the location. The best part of Hanoi is most things are just few minutes away from the centre so it’s possible to explore it by foot. We took the room with the Old Quarter View, it was nice, the bathroom is relatively spacious compared to another hotel we stayed at in the last night in Hanoi. The buffet bf was delicious, there was freshly cut mangoes as well!

Oriental Jade hotel in Hanoi is a true gem. Five starts all round. We stayed for 2 weeks in the 1 bedroom suite, so we had plenty of time to observe - and everything was top notch. Hard to know what to point out but I would say - the staff. Incredibly helpful, polite, proactive, accommodating, and this holds from the lady cleaning our room to the hotel manager and everyone in between. The hotel and the rooms are beautifully appointed, clean and elegant. Everything you can wish is there and what is not - they bring it to you when you ask. The buffet breakfast was great, but the ala-carte menu for lunch and dinner, including room service, was simply outstanding. We ate in many highly rated restaurants in Hanoi and the hotel restaurant was as good if not better than any of the others. Finally the hotel is located in the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter which is fascinating. It is by far the best place to stay in Hanoi to get a feeling of the real life in the city. Highly recommended.
