Good location near city center. Parking is free on street side of hotel (not across). Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Reception available 00-24. Noisy club and visitors across street, but its not hotel problem. City and police should regulate that.

Good Location, Comfortable Stay
Check-in smoothly. Very clean and comfortable room. Hot water, coffee, and mineral water provided. This is for sure a Three-Star hotel.

Hotel itself and rooms are very nice. Good customer service at hotel and breakfast as well. Sometimes parking on the street can be tricky, on the other hand, close by there is in-house-parking place (paid). Local in not bad, though very close are some shisha-bars, in 5 minutes walking distance pleasant bar/restaurant with nice selection of beers (make in pseudo-american style).

Nice room but noisy and too warm
The room was really spacious and great. The only problem was that in front of the hotel there is a night club with terrasse playing load music until 4am... Also there is not AC in the room only a small temporary ventilator and the temperature outside was around 30 degrees... So the sleep was not the best for this night

Amazing staff
Amazingly polite staff! Search site said hotel had AC in the rooms turns out they didn't, as there are no refunds on bookings made on this site they couldn't give a refund. The girl at the desk did find us 2 fans for our room and even set them up for us. Hotel was well kept and had all the basic needs minus air conditioning.

The Bar across the Hotel is Very Loud. It isn´t possible to sleep with the Windows open. Cars are racing in the Street until 02:00 at night. I stayed for 22 Days, it wasn´t possible to get a new small bottle of water, the reason I didn´t checked out.

There was nothing actually wrong about the hotel in general but the actual room had FLIES!? we complained in the morning and they gave us free breakfast but the staff weren't too friendly!

Convenient to train station
A standard Best Western, with a super friendly staff. Very welcoming and helpful. Fairly close to the train station (about 15 minute walk) and close to city center. Quiet, clean, comfortable - a very good value.

Do not book without industrial earplugs.
This hotel is somewhat catastrophic. The room was so noisy that sleep was close to impossible. The wall construction of the hotel is just terrible. Perhaps it was an office building before. The walls are so thin that you hear the noisy (and very very slow elevator) as well as ever word your room neighbor is uttering. Snores and other sounds too. Across is a rowdy bar but thanks to proper windows - no problem. But the noises inside the hotel are an unmitigated disaster. This was by far the worst hotel among my last 30 hotel stays. And it looked so good from the reviews and specs.

Stayed for CeBIT, I understand hotels can demand a much higher rate for the week of CeBIT but I was expcting more, the standard of the hotel, was fairly basic and staff did not seem to clean the room, only folded the duvet, room was freezing the first day, boiling hot the second.

The room was better than I think, but the staffs need to be trained more. I went up and down 3 times because the key didn't work/finally worked but it was room someone lived in.... There was a bar outside of hotel, strang blue light in the night...

The hotel was quite basic but close to the main railway station and close to my client's business. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and airy. The hotel lobby was amazingly small and not terribly inviting. I had breakfast which was good at the price but this was not a very luxurious place, just basic, clean and generally perfect for an overnight stay.
