We stayed here for the Domotex Exhibition. The staff couldnt have been more helpful. Bus back and from the event was good. Rooms were simple and clean, breakfast was good, evening meals were okay, there was enough choice.

Modern out-of-town hotel close to tram line.
Good modern hotel. Good selection at breakfast. Good restaurant, reasonably priced. Great friendly service. Free car park with easy access. The hotel is only 200m from the stop for tram no6 that takes you straight to the city centre.

Would recommend
Great hotel for overnight stay on our way through Germany. Good value for the money, and really enjoyed the breakfast! Convenient onsite parking and a grocery store across the street for necessities. Would use again if in the area.

Issues with system, but good service.
There was some issues with the hotel system and it allowed me to book the room, but the hotel couldn’t accept me. I’ve been notified by email within 2h of booking and they booked me in the sister hotel close by. So can’t really tell about this hotel, but service in sister hotel was great.

Did accept my booking but did send me to another
The hotel did accept the booking but did move my booking to another hotel in Hannover without asking me first. I received it on a email which I first saw when I thought I was at the right hotel. I chose the hotel because I could park a rented van at the location but this wasnt a possibility at the other hotel.

We paid for a room with tea and coffee facilities but on arrival there was no tea, coffee or milk. I went to reception and a helpful man gave us coffee pods but unfortunately they were not the correct ones for the machine in our room. He had no tea. Each day when the room was serviced, no tea, coffee or milk was left. We complained each day. On the penultimate day the lady at reception was very rude to me and smirked and shrugged her shoulders when I said it wasn't good enough and she said she hadn't dealt with me before so it wasn't her fault. As I walked off she clearly knew that I was not happy and got house-keeping to bring some stuff to our room. She later complained that it was because we had the do not disturb sign on but that was only whilst we were at breakfast so no excuse as everyday the room was serviced and this is when it should be done. The other very young man we dealt with on our last evening was lovely and bought tea and coffee up to our room. When a hotel advertises tea and coffee facilities I expect it to be available. We also had a very noisy room above the main entrance where staff and guests talked and smoked until the early hours plus we were also by the lift/stairs and cleaners room so everyone was going past at all times of the night. Very close to the Messe show ground, and courtesy bus useful. Room was not clean, and chair had 2 large bad stains, bathroom had not been cleaned very well. No hot water, then no water at all, then all water fine between 0630am and 0700am. Staff at reception and in restaurant were excellent, very pleasant, positive and helpful, even with very difficult guests who were being unreasonable.

We booked a larger room with two separate beds and when we arrived we were told that it’s not available... they gave us a smaller room but they refused to adjust the price! Over paid on the standard room!

Hotel is quite clean and comfortable. It's a great area very close to the train. The service in the bar leaves little to be desired. Feels like you have to beg for a drink!
