I didn’t want to write This In Expedia but I think You Guys have no access You don’t answer emails. I am a Food and Beverage Director of one the International Airports In Canada . We had a Stay this weekend from June 16Th to June 18Th , we Got 3 Rooms one of Them was 475 . Today Morning During Our Breakfast my Dad had an incident with Restaurant Supervisor (if that was his Position), My Dad and I were in the line to grab an omelette and the Guy approches My dad and he Grabbed Him From His Hand Attempting To Re-organize the Line . PS: (My Dad was The Main Reason I came to Tunisia since he Just got an Open Heart Surgery, and we wanted to have Some Fun Time Together) My dad Told Him that he can’t Grab him from his Hand he Refused that he Touch Him That way because I believe we are the Guest. The Gentlemen Continue his Aggressive Action by even Fighting my Dad ! Wich is Crasy , and the funny Part was When He also Grabbed my Hand Attempting To continue Reorganizing The Omelette Line . And when I Told Him Please don’t touch me , he Told me ‘Smella Alik’ . And that made me Leave the Hotel immediately. I went To a lot of Countries for Holidays but This was the Worst Experience that I Ever Had . I Didint want to mention about the Dast in the Ceiling in Our Three Roms , because I know the Economic Situation of the country Can’t help For a Renovation, but I saw a Hard working Housekeeping Ladies that they Needed More training just To offer a Room with Not dast.

Family Vacation
We had a family vacation and this was the best idea we could have had. We chose to have the full board so we didn't have to worry about finding food outside of the hotel. The pools were great for the kids, grandparents, and even siblings. The food was always a variety and really good. They gave us a deal on hotel rooms as we were renting more than 2 rooms for multiple days They are always accommodating, and because we go there every year the restaurant manager even remembers us.

Different Country Different Standards level
The hotel entrance is very grand and clean and beautiful. Then you get to your room and the carpets are old and stained my room had whole bunch of tiny ants swarming on my table and floor. They came up immediately and sprayed and vaccumn and i had no more problem. Unfortunately the carpets are so old and stained i did not take my shoes off. The staff are very kind and accommendating. The many pools are fantastic and clean. Which made me happy. I quite enjoyed the buffet i found it very clean at the many stations of food. And the variety was great. If they would upgrade the rooms they would have spectacular place.

Rooms are very outdated , can hear everything becauae rhe walls are paper thin. Food was terrible . Same choices over and over . Have to pay for drinks even wayer at your meal . Over charge for alcohol. Elevators work at turtle speed and when it does arrive can fit 4 people comfortably . Pool was great . If you want to play pool or air hockey you have to pay . Beach is across the street so not incredibly acessable

Better to not sleep at all than here

Avoid staying El Mouradi Hammamet
While the hotel is well located and has a restaurant on the beach, one has to walk across the road to reach it and the beach is not connected to the property. Sadly the hotel, its interiors, linen, upholstery, toiletries and its overall service standards are pathetic. The front office, housekeeping, restaurant and security staff lack customer service skills. The air conditioning was not working and the reason given was that it was centrally operated and would be started in 2-3 weeks time. The breakfast spread was repetitive. I would never go back to this hotel and would surely not recommend it to anyone.

It has a very nice location in Yasmine Hammamet resort. It has its own beach with wonderful facilities, there are various activities like parachute, jet skiing, and banana skiing etc. I enjoyed staying there. Thanks to the friendly staff.

Run down Hotel & Useless Staff
hotel in need of BIG renovation. Friendly but uselss staff. Didnt manage to have my laundry picked up in 3 days at the hotel. Spa with extended opening hours but without staff... Room Balcony has not been cleaned for decades you can read all hotel's history on your room's carpet.... list is too long to write all....

Had to vacuum my own room
Checked in at 3. The front desk was a mess, couldn't find our reservation. I had to email it to them. We were then put on the 4th floor (if they try this say no thank you). The elevator tool 5 minutes to arrive. Room was disgusting. I've stayed in other Tunisian 5 stars. This was a private room in a hostel bad. The towels were dirty. The t.v. was 15 years old and maybe 20in (not 32in as advertised). Worst part - glitter and dirt on the floor from last guests. Elevators worked sporadically so we walked 4 floors to the front desk who claimed this was the best they had. Had to walk 4 floors up to the pigpen. Never brought new towels and had a vacuum brought to our room FOR ME TO VACUUM! I'm a travel agent and I wouldn't believe this happened if a client told me. Folks... it happened and the rug changed colors. We were half board, big mistake. The dinner was disgusting. 20 kinds of tasteless mush, a 10min line for tuna (the only meat), and we paid for water (no drinks are included with dinner). Ate what we could. Got sick from it. Breakfast was worse. Dinner leftovers with stale bread complemented with eggs and potatoes that tasted like fish. Pool bar was closed the whole stay. Oh and I sat near the towel place. Which was ironic because guest after guest walked up with cards bought at front desk for towels. I watched each one get turned away and told no towels We are out go to the front desk and tell them. Don't stay here. Stay on the street. It would be cleaner and less drama.

the worst hotel ever
take my word this hotel is nowhere close to 5 stars 2 stars would be .the hotel staff was rude careless and showed no interest in what they do ,y reservation was not found and had to wait over an hour to be checked in the roo was dirty with a broken washroom y wife and i got food poisoning even that i was charged for full board had to go go ouit of the hotel to eat the food was disgusting not fit for a dog I do not know how this hotel is a five star i have had better food and service in 2 star hotel definitely as a hospitality person I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent hotel room and acceptable food the worst thig is the careless staff and poor poor service and food
