Room was decent. It was clean and comfy. Mini fridge and a microwave which I really appreciate. Gas station and a convenience store within a 5 minute walk for quick snacks

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very comfortable accommodations.

Front door to the room was flimsy and hard to lock. Inside the room, there were stains everywhere. The bed was full of hairs and there was a dead bug as well.

The owner and the staff are very nice. Me and my daughter only stay here. I felt very safe and Neat . They took garbage every day and give new towels every day. I love this place and will come back

The duvet cover had stains, burn holes and a green stain that looked like toothpaste. I went back to the front desk and was told it wasn't toothpaste. I was then told they didn't have an extra one. I said That's disgusting'. Another duvet cover was brought to the room. When the first one was removed, the duvet underneath was beyond rank. There were so many stains and I had a pretty good idea of what the stains were. We packed up our stuff to leave. The cleaning staff was outside and offered us a new one and tried to explain that she had tried to bleach out the stains. At this point, we were so grossed out there was no way we were staying. They would not refund our money but promptly returned our deposit. I would definitely not recommend this place. For an extra $30 stay down the road.

I needed for the moment it was 02:00 AM over night and they guy booked it for 3:00 pm; unfortunately didn’t answer my phone and told me to contact Expedia I did but nothing was happened, the property just stole my money with nothing, I booked another hotel, Expedia and the property provided us with the false information while registering my information and date of booking

We were in Room 2. Loved that was no carpet. The room, bathroom and bedding were clean. We had a 2 night stay and our bed had been made and fresh towels provided when we returned for the second night. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The door for each room was opening directly to the parking, no hall or main gate kind of thing. Its good for summer but its a drawback also in winter if a family is taking multiple rooms.

Some confusion between Haven Inn and Expedia regarding the payment. Haven was apparently to not aware we were to pay at their establishment and she. They attempted to put payment through( before we checked in) and it did not go through they cancelled our room however had one available to accommodate us she. We arrived. Better communication between Haven Inn and Expedia would be recommended

I liked the size of the room and the kitchenette and table chair sets. The main door to the unit needs proper maintenance A good sealing around the door. Floor trims/shower head and handles Exhaust fan doesn't blow outside The smokers should stay on the first floor for easy access to smoke outside.

I was expecting an experience just like any other motel, but it was really nice! The workers are kind. The bed was REALLY comfortable. It was a great experience!

Property just has the rooms and parking. Rooms were clean, very dated and dull. Rooms could be better thought out. Fridge with microwave in a small corner with no counter or space for food prep. No coffee machine or tea kettle. Tv was small and dated. Price point was ok for what you get.

Our ac works in all rooms and my question is in such a cold I don’t understand you asking for ac and tv works in all room if you had problems to turn tv on our staff would be happy to help and you are mentioning about washroom size which is almost 100 square feet!

We apologize for your inconvenience. Thank you for your feedback we are reviewing the beds. AC should not have worked at all as we have them turned off for the winter season. As for the TV we are unsure and would like more feedback on this matter as we have checked the tv’s and all rooms are in working order.
