Good location and awesome room service
It was enough for my needs! Easy parking and free. Good location and nice price! The only problem is that the restaurant opens at 8 only so I had to get breakfast in another place. The room service amazing .

Not a three star
Bathroom floor had white fluff on it asked for a room disability friendly when booking tub 2ft high Asked for 5:00AM wake-up call never got it. Rug is thread bare in areas cloth at foot of bed had black spots on it. Mattress sinks in middle and soft from age. This is far from a three star hotel

Older hotel, but clean rooms. Bed is older, noisy springs! Don’t get a room facing York Blvd. as it was quite noisy; we were in room 302. Friendly staff and easy check-in/check-out.

The location is g great, lots of green space, bus stop almost on the doorstep, and a large shopping mall within walking distance. Children running around the parking lot, one two or three year old squatted in the middle of the parking lot entrance, screaming, his mother tried to talk to him. Our car stuck half in and half out of the short driveway, creating a very dangerous situation for us.

The hotel wasn’t anything too special. The carpets in the halls and rooms require a cleaning, the room I stayed in (non-smoking) smelled of smoke. The tub drain was plugged by the stopper before my stay and the faucet leaked my first day/night; by the morning the tub had filled with water. Some outlets didn’t work and the thick blanket provided smelled of body odour. The staff were helpful and friendly but the hotel itself needs to be updated.

The staff are very nice and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and tidy but a little dated. The dining room is very nice and the food was good. It is in a nice location with a very large park and Dundurn Castle across the road. However, the main entrance has steps and no ramp making it difficult to carry luggage into the building and not wheelchair accessible. The front door also doesn't stay open which makes it difficult to get luggage in and out. Great place to stay at a reasonable price.

The hotel about a 20 minute walk to Hess Village, a local pub/club area. They have a higher than I expected security deposit on the room, but as the staff explain on check it, it is returned quick upon checkout. I had no issues at the hotel on the one night I stay there.

I would return to this place. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I thought I could hear people in the next room (I do tend to be noise sensitive) so I just put in earplugs. I liked having the beautiful large park across the road to walk in.And the location was very convenient for me.

The staff were friendly! The bed was super comfy! The water pressure in the shower was not good, especially for me; someone with thick hair. The hallway outside of our room did not smell good. Thankfully the room itself was clean. I was disappointed that there were people outside the door smoking.
