Budget hotel
Cheap, basic and clean place to stay for a night. Staff was very friendly. Area is party central and next to lots of night time entertainment, if that is on your agenda. Its a short walking distance to some nice areas and the river, but the location itself felt seedy. Whole hotel smells like smoke even though the room was non smoking. Room and beds are tiny, even for a twin.

Great location but that's where it stops.
Right on the Reeperbahn this hotel is in a great location. On our arrival having booked a double bed we were faced with 2 single beds. Not phased we were able to move the 2 beds together, only to reveal rubbish under the beds. Our first nights sleep simply didn't happen. The windows have no accoustic dampening whatsoever. When we asked at reception if it was possible to move to the back of the hotel away from the Main Street we were told it was fully booked Even as every hotel booking site was showing rooms available. The receptionists seemed un-interested.

Great room. Loved the food market.
Very nice room and friendly staff. The hotel was across the street from an open air food market (at night), where we had dinner, and which we very much enjoyed. Glad we stayed there.

It’s located in the best place in the city! The days I’ve spent there was quite hot and they don’t have AC (still can’t wrap my mind on the fact that a property like this won’t invest in AC). Had to sleep with the windows open but that didn’t worked either because of the noise… lesson learned!

Great location
Great location. Room located on the back of the hotel so very quiet. Only downside was, we picked a hot weekend in hamburg, so a fan or aircon would have been greatly received. But in all loved my stay

Great hotel, staff were very nice. For those unfamiliar with Hamburg, it is in the red light district, a fact that was not clear from other reviews.

Good location if don’t mind noise
Great location, easily walkable to many things and S Bahn very close for the rest. Given location, it can be very loud outside and walls are a bit thin, so one can hear *all* that the neighbours are up to.

On the Reeperbahn
If you're going to Hamburg to party or have fun this hotel is located perfectly, in the middle of the Reeperbahn. There are great restaurants within an easy walk or scooter. The hotel rooms are small but comfortable, and the staff friendly. I requested a quiet room so was on the 5th floor at the back and I didn't hear any noise at night. I'd stay there again if I return to Hamburg with friends.

The location of this property was perfect, right on Reeperbahn street. The breakfast buffet was a perfect way to start the day, all the things you could ever want for breakfast were available. I walked the whole downtown area. The Reeperbahn area is the red light district with bars and clubs everywhere not to mention all of the beautiful girls in windows. I really enjoyed the port area and the botanical gardens. If you get a chance take a train to Luneburg and go to Salu Thermal Baths and get a massage and use the salt baths or sauna area. Round trip Train to Luneburg from central Hamburg station was $18 euros.

This property is in the middle of the red light district which I was not informed of before booking. This was a business trip for me and I wanted to get some sleep which will not be a possibility since the clubs downstairs blast the music till 4am! I stay there for 3 nights and they never changed my sheets! They just refolded my towels and refused to give service to me when I wanted to park my car at their garage. Overall horrible and will never return

Dear Mr. Johnmasachi, unfortunately we only have a small amount of parking spaces for our guests and all spaces were occupied. Under "ABOUT THIS AREA" it is mentioned that our Hotel ist in the entertainment district. During your stay it is possible to get your towels changed. You only have to throw the towels on the floor. We are very sorry for all inconvoniences you have had.

The duvet and pillows were so squishy and comfy, hotel is in an interesting area 😬 but overall we were very pleased and definitely would recommend this hotel
