Check in was friendly and informative advising of us faculties available such as pool and bar. Our room was lovely perfectly clean and well proportioned with comfortable beds and an awesome shower. Turned out pool was not available as there was maintenance issues but this was not very clear to non German speaking guests and not advised in checkin. Also bar was unavailable not open and no explanation provided. Some staff were great others not so helpful. Poor compensation offered for the broken pool and closed bar. Shame as hotel was lovely otherwise.

Fantastic place to stay
Amazing stay, we had a long and awkward day, we went to wrong hotel, we booked the room incorrect and the key cards wouldn’t work. The FOH staff dealt with us superbly, thank you Sabrina and her colleague (apologies) …opened my eyes to the world of Adina. It’s the future… Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, easy parking, supermarket and places to eat nearby ….

Very clean hotel with full kitchen and washer and dryer. Walking distance to the Hamburg carnival and red light district in St Paul's. Walking distance to tram and subway. Pool and Sauna were very nice as well.

The hotel room was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of food items. We chose the scrambled eggs, which were really good. My only complaint would be the staff that checked us in did not inform us that we needed to book a place for breakfast. We only found out because there was a sign posted in the elevator. When we asked about making a reservation, the staff recommended we head to breakfast early in order to get a spot. We would have preferred to sleep in and have a leisurely breakfast later.

Centrally located in a safe area ideal for families or the business traveler. Nice bars and restaurants nearby with plenty of things to do and see. I would certainly stay again. Only issue I had was the bar and restaurant have been closed since 2021 but this wasn’t made clear before I booked.

The televisions supported IOS media slinging but the internet connection on the television did not work on the main room television though it did on the one in the bedroom. Other then that everything was perfect.

This place is excellent. Definitely pay the extra and get the 1 bedroom it's so worth it. The hotel is 2 minutes walk from a really good grocery store which is perfect. The hotel staff is so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The location is perfect, it is 15 minutes walk from everywhere you would want to go.

Apartment was comfortable, pool nice, breakfast delicious. Great location - actually walking distance to business and tourism key spots. You should know: 1. Parking - parking is in a garage 2m high, - there might be not enough free parking places in the garage under hotel, in this case you would get directions to the nearest parkings. 2. Covid - traveling during Covid means you need to book the breakfast time slot previous nights. The same with swimming pool/fitness/sauna 3. Restaurant for lunch or dinner Is open Tue-Saturday only and we came on Sunday. However there is room service option (didn’t use) and some pre-cooked meals you can buy at reception. Plus there are many restaurants nearby.

Great room in good location. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. Bar staff were excellent and knowledgeable. Bar food was great. Overall, excellent. I hope to return here when next Uk Hamburg for business or holiday.

Great spot — not flexible
The property is great, but their customer service leaves something to be desired if you have any changes that need to be made. My flight was changed and I had to depart one night early and despite the unforeseen circumstances and giving them two days notice, they would not cancel the final night’s stay and charged full price. The hotel is great, but be sure you don’t need any flexibility at all — if your travel plans change they will not help you.

This place was very friendly and clean. Nice place to stay. The studio rooms do not have a washer/dryer but a nice shower. The 1 bedroom has a washer/dryer but a tub shower combo. Our stay was very comfortable

I love staying at Adina St Michael and have always had a great experience. However, this last time I believe they had a new room attendant that was not as attentive. The first 2 weeks I remember he was being trained by a woman and everything was Excellent!!! After that it was just him and it just wasn't up to par. He didn't replace the dishwasher or washer soap. The bathroom counters were wiped down, I believe, but my items were moved all over the place. The previous attendant followed through on a request I had concerning the comforter and cover, but he didn't. I've requested that I have a sheet or duvet cover separate from the comforter, because I sleep too hot to use the comforter. Unfortunately, he wasn't having it. They were put together every time. None of this is a deal breaker for me though. I still love Adina Apt and always recommend them;-)

Both myself and my sister have stayed at this hotel before and we would not want to stay anywhere else in Hamburg. We like the opportunity to go for a swim or just relax in the hotel. It is ideally situated for the city, port, trains etc and on Saturday there is a market in the park only a short distance from the hotel. The only thing which I felt was wrong was the cost of a breakfast, better to go to the bakers just a few yards from the hotel and have breakfast there.
