The staff were so welcoming, the grounds and amenities were amongst the best we've experienced in Israel... and the food... the food was beyond exceptional! Highly recommend you spend a couple days at Pastoral Kfar Blum!
Poor customer service. Lack of amenities in the evenings- the pool even closes at 4pm. For the price it was not worth it. We had pre-booked dinner months in advance but no one asked if we wanted it in the sukkah in advance- which we wanted but when we got to the dining room we were told there was no room in the sukkah. No matter what time of day. The staff was rude and unhelpful when we asked about programming lists in English. Just a very disappointing experience for a lot of money.

I was very disappointed. I asked the hotel to receive the VIP perks but they didn’t accept

Wished I hate stayed at the setai on the sea as originally planned but the rest of my group liked pastoral. Grounds pretty, nearby walking path nice, pool nice but felt like family camp and loud with kids all day and adults after dark. Room gloomy.
We arrived late but someone from the hotel called us and tried to help us while we arrived.
In the morning we had a beautiful breakfast and then w left..
comfortable, clean, trees, green grass all around, lovely corners to enjoy, and great breakfast. But no espresso in the restaurant on Saturday morning, I guess, for some religious reasons, Somewhat expensive for that kind of hotels and the buffet dinner.
Spacious rooms and grounds, large pool with Olympic lanes and sufficient shady spots. Each room has an author or other cultural figure about whom there is an informative poster, as well as placemats with composers- adding to the cultural atmosphere.
Large breakfast selection. We enjoyed a massage at the spa which was wonderful- Ina and Marina were super professional, the spa facility was lovely. There is a selection of very good restaurants outside if you choose to eat out in the evening. In the afternoon there are free fruits and snacks in the lobby. The lobby cafe offers light fare meals, friendly staff.
Would love to return- maybe enjoy the classical music festival.
We stayed 2 nights in a suite. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Furniture a bit dated, some broken things in the bathroom, but overall not bad at all. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. The food was a bit disappointing, especially the dinner. Friday night was just ok, but Saturday was really sub par. We certainly expected MUCH more for the (huge) price we paid.
Still the service was very professional and warm, and the hotel grounds are very pleasant. All in all we enjoyed our stay.
