I recently went to this resort for a family event, but unfortunately, our experience was not satisfactory. Upon check-in, the staff failed to provide us with important information about the resort's restaurants and amenities. We also faced a shortage of towels, and had to wait until 3 pm to get beach towels. In addition, there was only one towel provided per person in our room, even we requested more we were denied and told we had enough towels; the phones were not working. The shower water leaked into our room, causing inconvenience.
Furthermore, the AC control remote was not functioning properly, and to make matters worse, the power went out in our room, taking up time from our vacation (waiting for this issue to be fixed). The hotel staff then transferred us to another room. On the last night of our stay, we discovered that there were three restaurants on site, but were unable to dine there as we had not made a reservation. Had we known, we would have made necessary arrangements. To check-in early, we were charged $40, but still had to wait regular time to get our room at 3 pm. During check-out, we were charged an additional $30 to stay until 3pm; which was not communicated to us earlier when I asked if it was extra cost. Overall, it was a very disappointing visit, do not see myself staying here again.
