I liked that there were food and shopping very close to the hotel. Also liked that the hotel has storage luggage before and after checkout. The staff was super friendly and with good advice

They provide excellent customer services, they have a Beautiful restaurant terrace with excellent views, magnificent food. Overall nice , clean, spotless, room service, excellent place .

Downtown GDL is full of homeless, dirty and the smell of sewage at all times. The works is the lack of parking. At least you should announce it or let the guest the lack of that option.

The property was nice and in the center of the historic center. Only thing that we did not like was inside the hotel it was so humid. Even with the air on or fan circulating we just always felt sticky.

Great location! Clean and felt safe as elevators required room key to go up to any of the floors with rooms in it. Rooms are a little run down (knicks and scratches on furniture/walls) but overall would recommend!

Something i didnt like is that the reception staff are offering their taxi or driver friends for services are they are charging to much money. i asked the staff to call a taxi to take me to the the akron stadium and he asked his friend and his friend said he will charge me 800.00 pesos and i got an uber and it was 125 pesos. why will you take advantage of a guest in the hotel. bad services and for that the over all rating is average
