We are sorry you gave us a 1 out of 5, because you paid Expedia one price, and they sent us a Virtual Card for a different amount, and we cannot refund you. As per our conversation on the phone, you would have to contact Expedia, but instead you are taking it out on the hotel. How is that fair to guest looking to stay, and your issue was with Expedia.

The hotel was very nice. It was clean, the staff was helpful, and coffee was always available. The breakfast was included, and it was simple, but good. I would be happy to advise anyone to stay there if you're in the area.

The staff are absolutely amazing!! My husband and I thought we left our wedding rings by the pool, he went to the front desk asking if someone had turned them in cause they weren’t at the pool the staff drained the filter looking! They are absolutely amazing and kind definitely recommend staying here

Second time staying here...and will stay again!
Greenville finally has a quality hotel that provides everything you need in an extremely clean environment, quality, comfortable, and affordable facility. On top of that you receive breakfast and it has all the additional facilities...office, gym, pool, and a bar. The staff both times have been very gracious and the stays have been very enjoyable. I travel around 30 nights a year and I wished all the places were run like this hotel.

Hotel staff were very attentive and the hotel was very clean. The room was perfect for our quick trip to western PA. Only negative was the soundproofing between the floors. We could hear every step from the room above us. Despite this minor issue, we will stay here again when we have to travel to this area.

We found Cobblestone on the internet as we were attending a wedding in Adamsville. This was closer than Meadville to the wedding venue. My wife was a Marriott employee for 22 years and is pretty picky about the places we stay. She was pleasantly surprised and that's all anyone needs to know. Every aspect of our short stay was attended to, as staff was always available to answer questions and address any issues as they came up. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Our check in went smoothly. The ladies were very friendly, welcoming. We were very disappointed that we added an additional 48 minutes to our trip, off route to come enjoy the pool & hot tub & weren't able to do so. The chlorine was so strong, so overwhelming that we were unable to tolerate it. Our eyes were watering immediately upon entering the hot tub. It was full of white suds. We tried the pool. It was the same. We opened the door for fresh air and tried again. It wasn't bearable. Another couple was in there that didn't stay due to the same issue. Otherwise, the rest of our stay was fine.

Thank you for staying with us. I apologize for the pool and spa. They are both salt waters, so we do not use chlorine for the pool and spa but use salt and a form of acid that makes the chlorine, and sometimes that smell is strong, and we are unable to control that. So again, I do appreciate your feed back on this.
