The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful.. The accomodations were the best I have ever experienced. The breakfast buffet was extensive and high quality.

Clean, quiet and convenient to all that Great Barrington and the area offers. Fast and courteous service at check-in and check-out. Wonderful dining options within minutes drive. Quiet indoor pool.

The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and polite. Always greeted you hello and said goodbye when you passed them. The property is well maintained and had a good breakfast buffet.

Fabulous, friendly staff. Bed creaked a little, pillows not comfortable for me, need soundproofing between rooms. Loved the spaciousness of the room.

Very nice accommodations. Robin was at the desk for check-in and was very friendly and informative. Room was clean and well furnished. Shower had plenty of hot water. Breakfast room was as expected and hostess very accommodating. Close to Great Barrington and Stockbridge which were two towns we were visiting. We will stay there again when visiting the area.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The front desk was outgoing and helpful, the room was spacious, clean, and fresh, the breakfast was exceptionally good (and Ann, the lady responsible, was great). There are some good restaurants very near the hotel, and we had an exceptional dinner at the Mexican restaurant (Xicohtencalt).

This hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. My husband and I travelled frequently over the past 10 years. Last year, my husband had multiple surgeries , and had to retire early because of his health. Recently he wanted to go visit MA where he spent childhood summers with his grandparents over 55 years ago. We didn’t know what to expect , so I booked this hotel in the area . This was our first trip in over a year and staying here made him feel like he was at home-Thank you.
