Appears to be good value at the price point I was somewhat surprised to find a parking lot fee. I missed that in the review at booking. Not a deal breaker, just unexpected. In house restaurant was very good

They charged me 15$ to park a car and 25$ to park a trailer. Very unhappy about that. And i had to park behind the hotel, doesnt feel safe back there. The room is very dated.

Staff waited for us to arrive in the middle of the night and provided a beautiful room that had all necessary amenities for a longer stay. Would definitely recommend and return if in the area again.

This property was ok for what we needed it for but would not stay here more than a day. What I liked was that the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Some things I didn’t like was the property wasn’t super clean, somewhat outdated and didn’t smell clean. I feel as a pet friendly hotel, you shouldn’t be able to tell that it’s pet friendly. The sink in our bathroom kept clogging if you ran the water too long and the mirror outside the bathroom didn’t look like they have been cleaned. I didn’t like that there wasn’t enough light on the property’s parking lot… only one light pole and even that was too dim so I didn’t feel my vehicle was very safe!

No mention that you have to pay $14 to park there. If I would have known that I would have picked another hotel. The hotel was very clean nice quiet but the surprise with the $14 parking I would look at another hotel

Limited dining. I was there for 3 nights and the restaurant was never opened. Only the bar. They charge $14 a day for parking per standard vehicle and $25 for large vehicles with trailers on top of nightly rate.

I did NOT like the $14 parking fee that was charged when we arrived. I can understand a parking fee in a downtown urban area, but good grief: this is Grand Junction! The hotel location is difficult to get to *without* an auto! Therefore this fee is just a semi-hidden extra means of additional revenue for this hotel. We will DEFINITELY NOT book here again.

Check in was fast from desk people very nice , but for the cost of a suite I expect more clean, it needs a very good deep clean, especially the tub I found some hair and bed frames was with dust

My room had old cabinets in it that have holes in them. An old dresser I wouldn't use. Maid service didn't come every day. I had to go to the desk several times to get things that I needed.

Hotel was extremely outdated- there was no power outlet near bed but the room was very tidy. There was a weird smell in the room of mildew and a hidden charge for parking- although the free shuttle to the airport was super nice and so was the staff.

The staff said they could not consolidate and help me with my two reservations. They said Sunday night was not available but I went on line and got the ticket xtra night I needed. Also the elevator was broken for three days.

I have stayed here over the years and even though there are newer (more expensive) hotels in Grand Junction I still choose to stay here. Yes, it's showing its age. Yes, the parking fee is an unwelcoming fee. But, the price was right even with the parking fee because I am a budget-conscious traveler. The room was clean, towels are decent, bed comfortable, and check-in/out easy. This visit I got upgraded to a junior suite, which had a great view (mainly of the big, expensive hotel across the way, but I still could see the beautiful sunset), with a very comfortable king-size bed and spacious bathroom. I also got a coupon for a complimentary drink that made up for the parking fee in my mind. Bailey's bar where I had dinner (with my free glass of wine) has a happy hour food menu with $10 choices and that worked for me instead of driving to one of the many fast food joints. All in all, this is fine for a 1 or 2 night stay, especially if you don't want to "break the bank" for that stay.

They charge you $14 to park overnight in a small town with literally nothing around that would make a hotel charge an overnight fee.
