Pros: This hotel really feels luxurious because even when full, it is nicely spaced out and not too crowded, with the most beautiful location on the beach.
Cons: Quicker response to our room problem.
Location: This hotel has by far the best location on seven mile beach. The beach is wide, the water is the clearest and there are many restaurants nearby.
The beginning of our stay was a little rough as initially they gave us the worst room.... alot of noise because of an air conditioning unit on the roof. But after much complaining they moved us and we could really then enjoy what a lovely property it is.

Pros: Beach and pool are nice. Waitress staff was great
Cons: front desk is in need of management/customer service training. I was nice about it, maybe way too nice and should have made seen.
Location: We walked to all of the nearby and not so nearby shopping and restaurants. Dukes to the north was our favorite place to eat.
I read about some experiences about slow check in's and I experienced the worst front desk ever. Check in is listed as 3PM, we arrived at 2:30PM. I was told our room was not ready and it may be 45 to 60 minutes before our room was ready. We changed, checked our luggage and went to have lunch. 55 minutes later, I checked in again and was told it would be another hour (4:25PM). We decided to walk around the area and returned again at 4:45 and was told once more that house keeping was not complete with our room. We sat in the lobby for 45 more minutes while watching family after family check-in and head to their rooms. 2 trips later to the counter (5:30PM) we were given our room after an explanation that the front desk was extremely busy!!! WORST customer service I have ever had in the islands or the States. The balance of our stay was good (no front desk support needed) but I would not stay there again just based on that.

Pros: Rui, the waitress on the beach was the best ever. The days she didn't work, service was sketchy at best.
Cons: It took almost a week to repair the 3rd floor ice machine which was mainly just an inconvenience to have to go up or down a floor for ice.
Location: Water sports, dining, shopping. Whatever you wanted was just a phone call away.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. The facilities have been updated and the grounds were beautiful. I will recommend!!

Amazing vacation. So relaxing, beach was beautiful. It was a perfect hotel on the beach. Rented jet skies, snorkeling, sting ray city and went on a sailing trip. All activities were scheduled on the beach right in front of the hotel. I wish I could go back.

Pros: Location. Beach.
Cons: Enforcing or deleting rules. Aggravating to want to sit in the hot tub when a bunch of young children are in it. Age limit was posted as 16.
Location: Close to golf course and shopping. Snorkling off the beach was ok. Better spots down the beach
Overall good. Had to get the shower fixed first day. Hotel did not enforce age restrictions on spa. Beach staff was excellent. Pool bar food was good. Easy access to town, golf course, and other activities.

Pros: The beach and the beachside servers! The pool and grounds were beautiful. The Hibiscus Spa was very nice and offered a wide variety of services.
Cons: It would've been nice to have a larger refrigerator (not a mini dorm size) and a microwave in the room. For the room rate, I expected these!!
Location: Red Sail Sports -- Breakfast with the Rays at Stingray City and Snorkeling the Reef was fun!! Great restaurants within walking distance
The beds were very comfortable, the housekeeping staff was great, the view of the ocean was nice, and the beach was fabulous! The beachside servers were a big plus and having the beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us every day was such a nice "perk"!

Pros: Beach and Pool. Beach House Restaurant. The Soleil cafe was great for a quick breakfast and they made a pretty good latte.

We had a very nice stay with one glitch. When checking in we were put into a room with an ocean view on the first night. Disclaimer I had two separate reservations due to a last minute change. One for 4 nights, and another for 1 night. So I specifically asked if we had a room with a king bed for five nights. The person at the desk confirmed this. I thought all was well. At 3 in the afternoon on the next day we received a call that we had to change rooms. What they failed to tell us when checking in was that we had received the upgraded room for the first night because that was all they had. They did not mention anything about having to change rooms. This should have been made clear when we were checking in. If it had been so, we would have had no problem at all. Otherwise, it's a great hotel with a very nice pool and beach. Food was great. We had dinner at the Beach House one night and it was much better than we had expected for a hotel restaurant. It was on par with all of the great food we had on the island.
We are always happy to hear from our return guests and truly appreciate that you have taken the time to tell us about your experience. While we were glad to find out that you enjoyed so much about your stay including our pool and dining at the Beach House, we would like to apologize for any miscommunication with regard to your room and reservations. Pros: Attentive beach staff, lovely pool area, convenient restaurants at the resort and close by
Location: Right on Seven Mile Beach, lots of water sports and direct access to the beach. Great for runners for that morning jog along the water.
Met our expectations regarding quality, facilities and location. Knowledgable and attentive staff throughout the resort. Special note to acknowledge Niky from the poolside staff -- her patience, attentiveness throughout an entire day.
Meeting our guest's expectations and providing them with a memorable experience are top priorities for all of us here. The ac did not work properly. Staff worked to fix, nice people. Did not get fixed until 6/7 days. Offered to move showed us a room with terrible odor. We decided to put up with the warm temp in room.
