This is a lovely Scandinavian influence hotel, rooms can be a bit small but very clean. The floors are themed by the five senses. There was a strong scent on our original floor number 1. Also some of the carpet and ceramic tile colors on some of the floors are a bit much- lime green for floor 1, red for floor 3. Grey / white was lovely on floor 4. The odour and aggressive colors was irritating me and the staff were very kind and moved us to the more subtle coloured rooms on the ā€œtouchā€floor - floor 4. So if you have a any sensitivities, share those with front line staff to ensure you donā€™t need a reset like I did. Staff were lovely and very kind. Good location.

We had the best check in experience with Jose Ramon. He gave us a map and thoroughly provided us ideas of what to do and where to go. Booked our taxi to the airport for the next day. Super friendly and made us feel very welcome. The hotel facility is very convenient to walk everywhere. Itā€™s like a swedish style decor like IKEA, but very clean and simple. We felt like we were staying a relatives house. We used the rooftop pool for an hour too where they gave us drinks. Loved the hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in a location convenient to the train station and major tourist areas. The breakfast was good. We had reserved a family suite and upon arrival discovered that our 1st floor room was not that well suited to a family with older children as the wall between the bathroom and bedroom was glass and transparent. The staff was very helpful getting us moved to a different room the following nights, however we ended up having to paying more for a second room the first night to address the arrangements. We were then moved to another floor in the same spot with same layout but that had a wall between the bed and bathroom. The lobby area is very nice. The rooms were reasonably new but had some minor delamination of some of the plastic laminate. The party wall between the bedroom and adjacent building (I think was not a hotel) was a bit loud and could also hear occupants of the room above. Set up was a suite with separate living room and bathroom access off of an entry hall. Expedia should revise the naming of the first floor suite to something other than Family Suite.

This is a nice hotel in a great location. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The views from the roof are awesome.

Do not stay in this hotel if you have a car
The hotel is located in a very central and walkable location of Granada, three blocks from the Cathedral. Breakfast is OK, and service is also OK. The check in was not OK. We have specifically requested parking for this reservation, it was confirmed as the hotel advertises parking, and the day before our arrival the hotel contacted us asking for our license plate so they could inform the local police to avoid fines. During check in, the person in charge said that that parking was not available, and after some dialogue it was offered ā€œparking on the streetā€ and that was the solution. Please be very aware of this situation when you make the reservation at this hotel and you have a car, as there is no parking around in that area.

It was a great place for me. I was traveling alone while visiting my son who is studying in Granada. I felt very safe and the staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good too.

Great location, rooms are clean and staff are nice. Only thing was my room didn't have coffee machine or kettle, seems like I didn't get the VIP upgrade at all.
