Good but could be better
Rooms were clean and comfortable but the guests were quite loud. The reception staff are friendly however they couldn’t find our booking and struggled with basic admin like printing when we needed some help with some forms. The kitchen was good but the menu was all out of stock which was disappointing. There are no lifts for luggage :/ only flights of stairs

It is a very basic hotel with no elevator to the floors. One floor is smoking, which seeps into other areas. The first room had a cockroach on the bed the moment I walked in. I received a new room immediately. it was comfortable. the parking is a bit inconvenient. the gym is pathetic and mostly dysfunctional. the other guests were very noisy and it made sleeping difficult. I would not stay there again. there was no teapot, but i received one from the kitchen. the wifi was very weak in my room.

The beach and deck life

A confortable hotel close to the beach and shops
A comfortable with friendly staff. Breakfast is good and it is a short walk to the beach and to the Mall.

This was a very clean hotel and the rooms were extremely nice. The beds were clean and very comfortable. There was a wonderful view of the ocean from the hotel patio and the restaurant was really nice.

The room was spacious and comfortable, all amenities included. Only challenge is keeping the air conditioning operating well through the remote control unit.

Noisy
People that booked on the same floor together were a family that thought this was a home and made so much noise till 11pm that made the stay very uncomfortable. they kept opening and closing the doors so many times and talking and playing in the passage and talking with their doors opened. no bottled water was provided in the rooms. I was told you can buy it at the on site restuarant at R20 per litre. there was a filtered water filling station available however I didnt notice until it was late. The notice of these options should have been displayed in the rooms.
