We arrived late at night. Traveling only with women and children, the entire back parking lot was closed off, and the front was completely full; when we asked the front desk person where we could park, she stated "I don't know what to tell you" Leaving 5 guests in 2 vehicles to: "figure out" where a safe place to leave our vehicles would be without being towed or on another businesses parking area. Carpets are disgusting. Fresh from the shower and walking across the floor, my teenagers had black all over their feet. Food and drinks left in the fridge from previous guests, including a 1/2 bottle of vodka....my LSU student lives in apartments very close to this hotel, which is why I chose this place. I will make sure no one I know ever stays here again. Felt extremely unsafe and unsanitary.

We are sorry to hear you had an unpleasant stay with us, we do have renovations going on. New roof is getting done that's why the back is blocked off. Parking spaces are limited but will find out why you weren't helped and directed to a parking spot you could have parked. If food and drinks left in the room the house keepers didn't do their job, would have liked for you to come talk to the front desk, so we could have found out who cleaned that room. And why there was drinks left in the fridge. I really hope you give us another change to make it right please give us a call so we can fix this. Thank You ,Front desk manager Victoria

The only reason it wasn’t 10s all around was they are finishing up a remodel. But our room was great. Yolanda was great we went for breakfast just before 9 and she had started her clean up already. However she made sure we got our breakfast anyway, which we really appreciated. The front desk staff was very helpful as well. Thank you all for making it a nice stay.

I was trapped in the bathroom due to broken door knob for an hour and a half. Im claustrophobic and have PTSD. All they did was switch me to room across from that room. Didnt reimburse me a penny. The desk clerk was super sweet and kept checking on me during this time. I feel like they dont give a crap about our safety.

The sheets gave me pink eye the next morning and the television did not work. Everything was “clean” in a sense that it wasn’t visibly dirty but it felt grimy and uncomfortable. The staff was really nice and the lobby was decorated for Christmas very nicely.

We no longer have the pool. We are waiting on the contractors to fill it in so we can put our BBQ pit area in that spot therefore, it is pointless to clean it. It has been filled in as of yesterday. Thank you for staying with us!
