We booked for 2 nights but left after the first night! Hot rooms, couldn’t sleep at night and no food available for us! We are a plant based family this town does not cater to this healthy lifestyle sadly, so we had no choice but to leave.

There are 4beds in a room and those were sos nice. One lacking point was safety between normal beds and upper beds. A buffer material is needed because the bed stand was made by stones and it was so solid.

A bit disappointing
Overall the hotel is good and staff is very friendly. With family of 5 we had a spacious room but there were few drawbacks which the hotel can address. The air circulation in the room is pretty bad specially in summer when we stayed. At night we had to open the windows to get some air, but since our room was on the street side there was a lot of noise from passing by cars and trains. There is no air conditioning available in the room, So we couldn’t sleep properly. There was no proper refrigerator. Breakfast was good for the price.

Hotel Adler
We were on our way to Croatia from the uk and our friends recommended us to visit Königssee on the way. We found Hotel Adler nearby (40 mins away by car). This hotel is located in Golling in Austria. The town itself is quite small but very pleasant. We were surprised how spacious our room (No. 14) enough, one king size bed and 3 single beds. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a reasonable 4 Euros per adult. The hotel car park can accommodate around 7 cars and there is free parking less than 5 minutes walk away. Overall we had a pleasant stay here.

Petit hôtel très sympathique. Nous sommes arrivés plus tard que prévu et malgré cela, l’arrivée était très simple car nos clés nous attendaient posées sur le comptoir d’accueil. Notre seule difficulté a été de trouver où manger. Le restaurant ne servait plus à notre arrivée et le choix des restaurants à proximité est limité.

War leider nichts. Katastrophale Parkplatzsituation am Hotel, im Hinterhof nicht genügend Parkplätze vorhanden für alle Gäste, sieht man aber erst, wenn man kompliziert dort einparkt. Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage, gefühlt 40 Grad warm. Bad ohne Lüftung. Leuchtmittel im Zimmer extrem dunkel. Frühstück lieblos, preiswerte Aufbackbrotchen, Abpackkäse, abgepackte Wurst. Preise für Kinder stimmen auch nicht mehr, statt 4 Euro, Erwachsenenpreis von 6 Euro, obwohl es auf der Internetseite anders steht. Selbiges bei der Kurtaxe. Auch hier mehr zu bezahlen, als angegeben. Teilweise auch Sicherheitsmängel (Kabel hängen direkt über dem Kinderstockbett ungesichert aus der Decke). Montags haben sämtliche Restaurants in Flachau geschlossen, bleibt am Ende der McDonald's um etwas Essbares zu finden. Einzig die Größe des Zimmers und des TV sind okay. Hatten das Zimmer für eine Zwischenübernachtung auf dem Weg nach Kroatien gebucht. Auch für die Rückfahrt. Haben es aber dann für die Rückfahrt storniert, da Preis-/Leistung uns insgesamt nicht überzeugt haben. Schade, dass war wohl nichts.

Sauberkeit in Ecken wird nicht viel Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Service war gut, direkte Umgebung schwierig nach 18 Uhr noch etwas gutes außerhalb zum Essen zufinden. wenn man im Hotelrestaurante essen möchte unbedingt reservieren

Leider fehlte eine Belüftung in der Nasszelle. Die Luft im Zimmer qar sehr stickig und die Fenster waren leider nicht in takt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab ausreichend Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer sehr bemüht.

Das Zimmer war nahezu neu renoviert das hat mir gut gefallen. Unerträglich und deshalb würde ich das Hotel nicht mehr buchen war der Lärm von der Straße Tag und Nacht und zudem die Hitze im Zimmer und das im Juni da nur Ventilator aber keine Klimaanlage. Frühstück war enttäuschend keine frische Brötchen und nix was mir persönlich zugesagt hat hab gefragt ob meine Tochter ein Spiegelei bekommen könnte nicht mal das war möglich-traurig. Leider keine Empfehlung schade.
