Ultiqa Signature was not bad.
I enjoyed my stay although a few small things that could have been better. The main pool was freezing. The room had a musty smell. The dishwasher had a bad smell too. The view wasnt great and i paid for premium ocean view but it was a partial view only, couldnt see the sand on the beach and buildings in the way. Level 7 so low floor. Should have been advertised as a partial view.

great location .we had a room on 21st floor great view looking towards the beach and also to the hinterland .corner apartment. large living and kitchen suited our needs for 2 people .bedroom was small not much storage .we had extra bags as we were attending a wedding . otherwise very nice apartment.

We came for the WBFF event and found this property on expedia at a really good rate, the overall experience was amazing. The view from our room was amazing and would recommend anyone to stay here. I will definitely be back.

We loved our room, the view was incredible. I wish the online discrimination was better. Coming from out of the country communication was hard. We didn’t know the couch in the study folded out as a bed till we got there. Supplies in the apt were sparse we had to go buy hangers, beach towels, soap and more coffee for example. The front desk hours make it challenging to get help when you need it.

Central and easy to walk to both beach and shops. Rooms lovely and modern. Pool and facilities great. Some difficulty visiting relatives on different floors. Key fob limited to our floor only which meant a fair bit of meeting on ground floor. Definitely would stay again

Awesome place to stay. The location is great and the staff were easy to work with. Highly recommend considering Ultiqa Signature as a spot to stay. My one critique would be the slightly more inconvenient manual key as opposed to keycards I've used in other accommodation. Again, not a big deal and this was more of a surprise with how modern it feels.

Loved our one week stay! Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with water views. Spacious and nicely decorated. Perfect with kids, pool spa a big tick. Only thing we didn’t love was the front desk receptionists. Rarely smiled and both ladies lacked warmth. Not what you would expect at front desk as you enter the building.

The service and facilities at this hotel are not up to scratch. The heated pool was freezing as they had been having issues with the heating system for a couple of weeks prior but yet we were not informed of this prior to our stay. I have a daughter who loves swimming and we would have chosen to stay elsewhere if we had of been informed of the issue. Another reason why we booked our stay here was because they had laundry facilities in our room. The washing machine did not work and I informed the reception of this issue yet no one came to fix this. When I asked to speak to the manager about our issues I was fobbed off and told to email him as he was too busy to discuss the issues with us. There are much better hotels to stay at on the Gold Coast with better service and facilities that actually work. The price we paid for this hotel was definitely not worth it.

Lovely pool and spa area. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and everything about our stay was great, can’t beat those sea views and free parking.

Top spot to stay for a vacation
Receptionist was very friendly on check-in. The pool is just beautiful and large and the spa is terrific. As it is a new building, everything was brand new. Extremely easy to walk to Broadbeach mall or to Pacific Fair.

Unit had great views across to mountains and beach. Floor to ceiling windows. Well equipped except for no kettle or toaster which wasnt needed but would think other guests could expect. Close to lots of amenities. Friendly, helpful staff.

We booked an ocean view room but got put on the side so you could only see it from certain angles. The photos are nothing like the actual apartment. These need to be updated. The couch is tiny and lounge area quite uncomfortable. The master bathroom is smaller than second bedroom. The kitchen is nice and has everything you need. The pool area is great.

Nice brand new property, great location in Broadbeach. Close to restaurants, Woolworths and 10 minute walk to Pac Fair. Beautiful pool area. We had a two bedroom apartment with study, ocean view. Study was good extra space especially with a baby and all the extras you have to take. Only issue was the second room had two single beds and they were really small for adults, my in-laws were in there. A bit of works still happening around the building, but didn’t affect the stay. We would stay again.

This was a lovely, new property. It still has a few little things to fix. The pool area was fantastic with a great warm spa and towels provided. There is even a coffee machine in your room! The only downside was that the teppanyaki grills weren’t working and the bathroom towels were super thin and well used. This place is an easy walk to the beach, shops and cafes with magnificent views. We would definitely stay here again.
