Despite the fact the city was out of water, this was a nice stay. I can’t blame the hotel for something that was out of their control. They did an excellent job accommodating and communicating what was going on. Even provided updates on the situation throughout our stay. I will be staying here again!

People who said the area was dangerous must have been living behind a gated community their entire lives never leaving their rooms. If this is bad they should go head to San Francisco downtown. Nice area, nice place.

We stayed here due to the water outage having cancelled our original reservation. It’s doable for a night, wouldn’t stay for more. The AC in our and our friends rooms was useless. Set it to 67 and it barely rumbled. We ended up having to try and sleep with the balcony doors open and couldn’t because the sounds of traffic so close were so loud. It was too late to change rooms. Smelled like weed throughout the hotel, which I didn’t care, but don’t complain about cigarette smoke in a smoking area if your hotel reeks of marijana inside. There was no breakfast. The bar never opened. Very few options for food or drinks in the convenience area.
