“Better than an African Safari”

So much better than a day trip. It's fantastic to be so close to the animals and amazing to watch & hear them from your own balcony.

“nice trip”

Every thing is good, the service is good the food is good, and in the park, u can spend one day here, because there is a lot of place to visit, for example day safari, water park, show swimming pool, etc. If you will go to bali, pls arrange one day to stay here . Anyway, the location is not very convenience, you should take over one hour from downtown to there.

“Dreadful service”

Hotel and rooms are nice, service and food is dreadful and staff have a "CAN NOT APPROACH". We were honeymooners and they did not make us feel special at all and there was nothing complimentary. we booked a certain table in a restaurant and later they told us we couldn't have it and we always had to fight to get something done and their first answer was always NO or we CAN NOT. All activities are extremely pricy and I wouldn't recommend the horse riding. I would visit the park for a day rather than staying at the hotel or stay maximum 1 night
