Hotel was great decor on the inside, very cute, like a dolls house! However I found communication with staff quite poor for a hotel. Breakfast was minimal. Others had food to order and others the minimal buffet. We paid on the day but wasn’t offered an option. Reception was rarely covered so you have to call or email your questions. Location was kind of central, about 20 min walk to port/beach but not really much else around.

The customer service wasn't available during the night. The receptionist has disappeared and we couldn't report that the heating is not working in our room. Let's say that we could be late with accommodation for about a few minutes and not enter the hotel...

Just call the phone number listed at the front desk and on the business cards in the room. We would be able to adjust the temperature in the room remotely, according to the guest's expectations. Det burde ikke være sånn at maten tiberedes inne i spisesal som egentlig er for liten UTEN tilberedning av mat. De som jobber der virker stressa og man blir selv stressa bare av å se på. Steke to egg burde være en enkel sak, men ikke for de som jobber der.

Exeptional hotel when concidering price-value-ratio.
Extremly friendly & professional crew, clean & modern rooms, very modern bathrooms, working wifi, ... next time in Gdynis, I'll be back!
