It is a great and convenient place to stay because you are 10-15 minutes from gatlinburg and 5-10 minutes from the island and many other attractions in pigeon Forge my wife and I enjoyed our stay because it had everything we needed in a hotel stay

Cold shower yesterday morning and very cold shower this morning and my wife wood not take a cold shower today. Saturday went up to have dinner come back and could not find parking and other customers with the same problem arguing and complaining about parking. And nobody at the service desk when this was taking place so I called the 1- 800-8000 number and they also said sorry sir. I will report it but there’s nothing I can do. Service is terrible for my first day at super eight motel

A beautiful property with friendly helpful staff - only issue was “not enough signage” to find the hotel - we were even using a GPS

This place was absolutely the worst place I have stayed at in a long time. Mattresses stacked up at the dumpster, rooms dirty and I was skeptical to even sleep in the bed, dogs barking in the next room and noisy. In the parking lot were broke down looking cars and grass loaded with dog poo. It was so hard to find parking and I had to park across the street. Do not stay here if you have other options. I can't believe they charge what they do for such a terrible envirnoment.

We responded to your in-house feedback advising to speak with the front desk about any issues you had. We would have been more than happy to refund your second and third nights and helped to find other accommodations if you had decided you did not want to stay with us. Large items that are being replaced as they get worn out has to be pick up by the city on their schedule.
Everything was nice. The only thing was that the elevator is a little creepy.

The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The room was very clean which I really appreciate. I love that they have an elevator so you don’t have to climb stairs. We didn’t eat the breakfast so I can’t review that. We will definitely stay here again.

Getting accused of smoking in my room when I didnt. Had neighbors that were smoking up in and out of their room beside us. They said they had evidence I smoked in there. They found an joint that hadnt been lit so that evidence doesnt say I smoked in the room. It was rolled not smoked

While others may have been smoking out side. The level of smoke smell coming from the room was not sufficient to have just been smoke that was blown into the room. Also the smell coming from the room was not that of cigarettes

It was affordable and it was quiet and there were plenty of places to choose from to eat that was walking distance and it was a nice place to stay

It’s a very nice motel very quiet the food is hot and good. The rooms was clean and smelt really good. The bed was comfortable. The only thing I had a problem with was the elevator it made a lot of noise and it shook made me think it was getting ready to break down.

Both is us handicapped and can barely walk. Emailed for a first floor room but given a second floor a good distance from elevator.
Park needs to expand greatly-spaces we’re a premium. Only 4 handicapped and a car no handicap plaquard. Told office but they did nothing.
Remote barely changed channel. TV station selection stunk.
Bathroom had no handrail nor did shower. Very concerned about falling.
Breakfast was great. Fresh and hot. Large selection.

We arrived on Thursday night. Everything was quiet. The bed was suppose to be memory foam. It was uncomfortable. Friday night was not to bad. Doors were slammed! People running in and out. Saturday was the same. Who ever parked next to us, dented by back passenger door.
The staff was nice and helpful! The room was clean.

Hotel staff is friendly and check in was quick. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and the water pressure was great. The room we were in must have been behind the water heaters or some kind of maintenance room because I could hear something running off and on during the night. Wasn’t too disruptive.

Heater took10 hr to actually warm up the room , front desk staff very rude. And very sketchy having to have a $100 deposit for room, with signs in room , this item cost $ that item$ very sketchy! Other reviews said they did not get their money back,

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay. We do have someone at the front desk 24 hours a day and had we been made aware of this during your stay. We would have been happy to fix it, or if possible found you a new room right away. It is important to us that each guest is as comfortable as possible. In regards to the security deposit, which is well documented on the website and of which you were advised upon check-in, this is now becoming a standard practice. The signs in the room are to make guests aware that if they were to remove any of those items then that is what they would be charged to have the item replaced. If you check those reviews we are sure you will find that they were submitted 24-48hrs after they had left and had not allowed for the recommended time period of 5-7 business days as for most financial institutions
Was a good place to stay. My only complaint was the water wasn’t as hot as it should have been in the shower.
