It's nicely located, the staff was great and the room was big enough for our family of 5. However, the room had a definite smell of mildew and parking can be difficult in the evenings.

Rm 104 was musty smelling, carpet wore but clean. Bathroom needs bath towel racks and a vent fan, none in the bathroom. This may be leading to the "musty dampness". The room WAS clean and the beds comfortable. Staff at the hotel was excellent, breakfast very good !! Easy walk to downtown.

Booked this property for two nights and on the second day we found bed bugs. One bed had sheets that had miscellaneous stains on it as soon as you pulled the comforter down. The tables and desks were not wiped down as there was sticky substances on the surfaces. I would never stay here again and would not recommend.

The beds were so high we couldnt get on them. We slept in chairs all night. I will never stay at this brand of hotel again.

The hotel is a good location close to the main street in Gatlinburg with the added benefit of free parking and complimentary breakfast. However when we checked in we weren't given a free cookie and when we went to use the shower in our room one of the towels was stained and another had hair on it.

We had a good experience in Gatlinburg on our trip. The site was partially under construction, but it was not interfering with our stay. Make sure you request a full size balcony if you are wanting sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee. The mattress was extremely firm which is good for some but not all.

I'll start with what we liked: the location and room size were great. We were able to fit our family of four into the spacious room and we were within a couple of minutes of all that downtown Gatlinburg has to offer. However, we had issues immediately upon check-in. Our room keys wouldn't work and the door had to be reset. No biggie. But then we entered a room with an oddly short door into a room that smelled like mildew. The bathroom was a bit dirty around the toilet and had very little sink space. They also don't offer daily housekeeping so we had to ask for fresh towels each day. The breakfast was decent but the general hotel felt like it needed an update. It seems like they're making efforts in this area, as the entire basement was off limit to guests while they redid the pool. We were very disappointed to learn the pool was closed since it was a huge part of the reason we chose this hotel. Overall - needed updates throughout, felt a little rundown and not super clean (but not horribly dirty). Great location and minimally did the job we needed it to.

I understand this location is going under a renovation. The walls are super thin, you can hear conversations - especially if you’re on the bottom floor. You hear everyone on the balconies. Our room could have been cleanse, the desk was sideways in the room away from the wall, there was some hair in the shower and sink.

This was a good place to stay. There is construction going on at the hotel and I feel like the price should have reflected that fact more. Kind of noisy in the morning but front desk was very helpful and answered all questions. Breakfast was great! Easy walk to the main street in Gatlinburg. Enjoyed the stay.
