With room rates over $200, it is somewhat annoying that they charge an additional $10 plus tax fee to self park in the lot surrounding the hotel in a suburban location with signs indicating park at your own risk.

While we do understand your frustration, we do have a corporate policy in effect that parking is an additional charge. If you look at our website as well as the third-party websites it does state that parking is charged in the amenities section. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was great and the woman serving the breakfast was excellent however, the pool, which we mainly went for for the children to enjoy was not enjoyable at all. It was overtaken by swimming lessons and swimming swimming instructors yelling at my kids. Stay out of their way they had the door open for anyone to come in, and I had to listen to screaming and crying of babies swimming. Apparently, they have a deal with the swimming instructor where he supposed to use a portion of the pool however that was not happening. The manager did go over after I had to complain and ask him to use the part of the pool that he is designated to use.

The microwave didn't work and had to heat my food in the lobby. Maintenance wasn't available. Overall still was a ok stay. It was clean. That's always a plus.

When they are cleaning they make a lot of noise, they don't let you rest and those doors need to be repaired.

The heater did not work in my room the first night… had to ask twice for engineering to repair. Dirty wash cloths in the shower. Nickle and dime policy of paying $10 per night for parking is petty and small minded.

Horrible service, stayed there for 3 days and room service was not provided even though we requested it. Toilet overflow and they just dropped off the plunger and didn’t even offer to dry the bathroom. We requested a mop and it was never sent. Do not recommend it!

Excellent part of our 2 day Xmas surprise trip
It was perfect. Took my son as a Xmas present to aviation museum. It close and had everything we needed. Third floor room for my son with big windows. Made his own breakfast in the morning. Perfect end to a mini 2 day trip. I sadly forget the woman at the desks name but she was awesome. Friendly & welcoming upon arrival. Happy face to see on our departure.
