The hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood of Fukuoka, however, it's never too remote from shops and restaurants - in fact, it's only a 10-minute walk to the Chikushi Gate of the Hakata station, where you can find department stores like Hankyu and Tokyu Hands.
The room we stayed in was basic. It's sufficiently large but it does not have an in-room safe.
If there's something to complain about, i believe it would be that the walls may be a little too thin, as we could sometimes hear conversations coming from the adjacent room - it didn't seem to me that they were yelling.
On the whole, we had a nice and comfortable stay, and it's not one of those hotels that we will stay away from if we are to visit Fukuoka again.
